The biggest issue with this store is payment. If you purchase anything above Rs. 2000, they insist on upi/online payments.I personally had a very bad experience. I bought a product worth 2600 and paid via Google pay upi. They claimed they did not receive the money when it was clearly deducted from my account. On assurance of being refunded, they made me do another transaction of the same amount, and then claimed they did not receive it the second time either, thus leaving me 5200 short. In the end, they refused to even give me the item I purchased.

Please sure about phone price, before buy. They charge me 12500 rupees for Note 7 pro, after buy i have checked online price from Mi India site and it was 10999 rupees. I thought, it is original Mi shop and they will take original price, but take extra rupees.

Horrible behaviour of staff. Very disinterested in showing electronics. I am never going to this store again. Bad behaviour of sales girl and staff. They should be fired by MI.

I bought an earphone few days back and I found the product defective and went for replacement same day itself, but they refused for refund and replacement and it wasnt even 6 hrs since I bought the product

The rating given is not for the brand but for the Customer Care executive, the lady was so arrogant that we had to drop the idea of buying the MI TV. Customer is considered as god but she ill treated us, neither did she have much idea about the product.
