It was overcrowded & covid safety measures are almost uncared. Besides USG pathology & x-ray are done. My experience is worst with the staffs in all respect. During my 3 hours stay here I will advise not to come here further.

Not trustable. The phone number provided is not responded even throughout the day. How can you rely on these staff? The problem is with the staff.

They have good USG doctor and equipment but u have to planned in advance and reach the center before 8 am to get early token otherwise the patient will have to wait for 3-5 hrs for USG and in empty stomach it is very problematic. So planned accordingly and they do not have online booking system in advance either through net or phone they go by first come first serve and seriously ill patients are given first priority.

Openly lied about availability of technician/doctors on call. I had to wait 2 hours in their crowded waiting room instead of having a timed appointment

Good Diagnostic centre but it is over crowded. You have to wait for one and a half hour to get enrolled for the test and make the payment . After that another two hours in waiting que for your turn to come for the test.They should have more counter at the reception and they should categorise different tests at different counters.

Worst behaviour of staff, very rude and unprofessional specially the ones sitting at reception and billing department. They lack simplest of common sense. They forget that they are sitting there for smooth operation and facilitation and not harassing the patients and kin.

Worst possible path lab.Services are worst, card reader is degraded, upi is not accepted, higuine is not maintained.

Dont even think about going here. They are worst. They will never pick up the call. Not at all professional. They will not listen to any of your problem. Even they missguide you and later they dont accept that.Should be given negative ratings.It should immediately be stopped.Govt plz look into it as they are harassing people.P.S. One of the best centers in siliguri. The staffs are very polite and very hospitable to theirpatients. Charges are very nominal.Dr. Tewari is marvelous.

These people dont know how to maintain the numbering system, was at no 6 was called after no 12 was tested, service at its worst......

I am really disappointed with the service there, Im pregnant and the doctor gave me some ultrasound and recommended only in 3Gen after 3 weeks and gave me some no. To book an appointment, I had to travel to Siliguri from Kalimpong which is a 3 and a half hour journey so I decided to book an appointment in advance and I called them 1 week prior to my appointment date and they told me that I have to call on the same day to book an appointment at 8 am to be specific and I did as they said but they didn’t answer around 8:30 they called me and said my appointment is booked, I reached at 12:00 when I reached there I got to know that I was booked at 16th no. And I did all the formalities and waited then realised that they are calling the 30th patients for the test, I went to the receptionist and told them it’s the 30th patient why I’m not been called when I already told that I’m in my early pregnancy I also booked an an appointment in advance and also had to travel the same day which was again a 4 hour journey back they ignored me and said it doesn’t work like after waiting for another 1 hour I went to a different department whom I called them at the beginning to book an appointment, and requested that I have to return early could you do please do something about it he was so rude and said see it doesn’t work like that it doesn’t mean if you book an appointment over phone you would get the same time booking you got wait and it will be first come first service and you would called accordingly but why didn’t they tell me this in advance I got really angry and sad, first of all he was very rude to knowing that I’m pregnant and showed no sympathy, empathy or tried to understand my situation and my question to 3Gen is you guys are only earning money but where is the customer satisfaction and where is the politeness very unprofessional and if you guys don’t book appointment over the phone then why give hope or entertain it saying call on the same day to book and appointment when it is first come first service and why there employees who set their customers accordingly to their slot why so bias, I am really very upset and dissatisfied with their service...👎🏻😔😡

The main problem here is that people need to wait for a long time period, they lack in managing the queues.But as it is been trusted by many patients as well as by doctors. So overall its a good diagnostic centre.

My experience with 3Gen is very bad.Staff they dont the customer service they takes long time for report. Doctor is not inform patient about there treatment situation condition. They just hand out report when we ask they just reply ok ok.So from my side my point of view.Zero poor.

Worst diognostic centre .....the report they provided was totally wrong ( by big margin)... according to their report I should have been in ICU right now .but when I did the test in some other diognostic centre everything showed normal....I suggest avoid testing here

3Gen is the worst doagnostics centre i have ever visited.....The attitude of the staff is worse than worse. I feel all the illiterate staffs are working there because people who are educated knows how to behave with patients. Everyone who is reading this review i say take it seriously and never go to this place. I guarantee you will be disappointed the most. They dont give you the correct results even and will not give u the results properly. I suggest all peoples to go someother place your time your money all will be saved and even you will get better results and satisfaction atleast better than 3Gen

Worst experience at the receptionThe boy seems to think he is the owner and has knowledge of all laws .Tells us to go back to Kalimpong to get name changed in prescription as it was not matching with voter ID .Made us wait for 1.5hrs just to make receipt.Gross arrogance and high handedness.Think twice before visiting .
