Most worst hotel I have ever seen. Staffs are totally noncooperative. We reached there unfortunately around 11:30pm as our train was late and that time it was raining cats and dogs. we waited outside the hotel with my family for 15 minutes. We pressed calling bell but no response we get from their end.After couple of time a man came and received us.Anyway our experience was really horrible there.

A place with affordable rooms, good, friendly staff and, the cherry on the cake is the fantastic connectivity to all the major places in and around Siliguri. It is centrally located. It also has free wifi.Recently I attended a ring ceremony on the roop top banquet hall. It was surprising that they have such a beautiful little hall up there. Thoroughly enjoyed being there.
