I stumbled upon Mr Debashish Das in the year 2015.. Me being a an entrepreneur myself supported him from the start and tried to provide as many references for him to grow , even gave him ideas to start promoting his business online on pages such as India Mart..I personally gave him the opportunity to provide kitchen equipment at 2 of my locations.. A cafe and a full fledged multi cuisine.. Everytime I was patient and understanding enough when he told about his problems, but here I am writing about my greviences I have faced bestowing my trust and faith in him.1) quality of products is very bad- I have faced numerous issues in all products provided.a) a tall deep fridge which has never worked properly from the initial setup..( Everytime there was an excuse about some electrical and board, the fridge has been serviced by his team about 4 times in a year now and Everytime has charged exorbitant rates.. and it still doesnt function.b) almost the entire gas range has always seen issues.2) Pathetic service - His service has been a very big issue .. forget about getting your products purchased by him. You have to constantly keep calling him for months. Though Kurseong is just an hour away from Siliguri, he is never short of excuses .. which has always left me number of issues. Which dont get resolved in time but further causes more problems and harassments....At the moment the central exhaust system installed at my multi cusine restaurant has been non functional since over a month...I had been calling him since morning more than 10 times but did not receive.. and later he did and gave an excuse that the weather is hot and his staff arrive late...Its very sad that I had to pour my greviences here but Mr Debashish whom I always referred to as Dada has hurt my sentiments and broke the trust I bestowed on him..This would be the last time I am voicing my anguish and I hope my complains would fall on his deaf ears....
