I used their service from siliguri to Madras. Many of the reviews are fake .Very very poor service. Packing worst .all crockery n glass items broken.did not pack in bubbling plastic.1 full box got wet. Spoiled by rodents. Packers did not even know when truck will reach.when we enquired they told it will reach after 10 days but things come the same day. They asked 12000 rupees extra after shifting the goods to godown.and receipt not yet given for that amount. Almirah could not be opened. We gave it as scrap waste.doors were damaged. Leg pieces of plastic almirah missing. Many small items are missing. Toys were spoiled. They have opened our boxes. Things packed in tow different boxes later on delivered in 1 single box.now they dont attend the call or reject the call and rude way of speaking .Electric goods were just dumped in box. Table ,chair etc was sent after just numbering no packing or covering done.goods got scratch marks and corner broken. Worst service.
