I have sent mail on 30th june 2020 for refund of my money deposited around 17th feb 2020, as per advise, but till now no positive response recieved from siliguri branch of d company. Hope my money will b refunded at d earliest. Waiting eagerly, as i m in dire need of d money.####Even till today i e 19th August 2020 i have not got any response from d company.####

Liked the society. Seemed like a nice place to raise family.

Very slow work. Lazy and third class builder. Low class society construction. No sense of respnsibility of project in charge and contractors

Let me know the present rate of flat at sevoke, Siliguri for 1BHK; 2BHK; 3 BHK. & Car Parking/Garage.

Many people have been benefitted to own their flats good job

Went there looking for a Villa to buy but wasnt too impressed by the quality of construction.
