Excellent service. My laptop suffered a ransomware attack and I got my laptop to their place the next day, somewhere around 11:30 am. By 1 pm they resolved my problem and also ensured that it wasnt a pinch on my pocket. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for users having a gaming laptop.

While putting the laptop parts together they tend to forget to add few important parts which make the laptop start , i wonder if they do that to all customers 🤔

I went to this place for repair of my Logitech, Dell, Asus and Lenovo laptop, Keyboard and other laptop products repairs. These guys do not even know that Acer has a laptop called Predator. They cannot fix Alienware laptops or any other laptops out of warranty. They told me that I could throw away my Logitech keyboard which was out of warranty and non-functioning. THE WORST PLACE IN SILIGURI FOR SERVICING ANYTHING!!

Late service for the people with warranty my laptop in repair. I will even open and check the parts since the warranty will be over soon the service could be clever to work till the service only and then have function disabled when the warranty is over.thats why its taking a lot of time to spend more of the warranty time in their hands so I get very less time to check and use. Lenovo thinkpad laptop - motherboard problem usually takes a week to resolve, was completed in 4 days. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.I do not know about the price since my laptop was warranty.

Very unprofessional. I was there for changing my thermal paste and they said they had changed it and charged also. But after 1day heating issues begin to show and after opening the laptop, I saw that they didnt applied any of thermal paste.

I wish there are minus star to review this service centre. Pathetic... No word to describe... They kept my laptop for 50 days and whenever I gave them call they tell me they are looking into it.. Where in I have told them specifically my problem. After much hard stance I have taken they told me its ready n I can take my laptop. They have repaired it changed some IC on mother board and told me charge as well around 3200 when I went there and checked my laptop the problem was still existing ( system gets shutoff after little heating).. When I enquired they (receptionist) told me that they never changed the IC since motherboard was at fault. If I had taken that laptop without checking they would have charged me. I have never seen the hardware guy every matter and query was handled by this receptionist lady who doesnt know anything neither about the computer IT nor the customer services..Over all never ever trust this service centre.

Pathetic experience!I paid ₹4000 for warranty extension on 9th January 2020 and now today is 14th January 2021, they still are sending emails for warranty extension.Dont go for warranty extension in this service centre.Edit 1 : They refunded the amount that I paid a year ago. But they wasted my time for a 4-5 months for this.

Went to replace a keyboard. They said original keyboard will be replaced with 6 mnths warranty. Went to Sell Service Centre, they gave for 1yr at same price, better quality keyboard.

Although they took long time 2-3weeks,charge is moderately high, but they provided excellent servicing for my old acer laptop.

Service center of Lenovo Dell Acer. Stuff behaviour is good. They are able to provide support as fast as possible. But the charge is high if you have devices that are beyond the warranty period. The technicians are available and they also offer on site support so that customer wont have to visit the service center, the technician will visit the house of the customer for support.

The place is a service centre of many companies. Visited here to solve a problem in my Lenovo laptop. Technician is hard to find and my problem was not solved as they lacked expertise. Also had my laptop cleaned here but had to wait 1 hour after submitting laptop for 2 days as they did not touch it till I went there to get it back. Pathetic service.

Worst experience ever. i gave them my lenovo Y500 which had motherboard issue, they told me to leave my computer there for check up for two days and then they kept it for more then seven days. after that they informed that i could not be repaired and they returned it unrepaired and i later found out they stole my i7 processor also.

I visited there for replacing my Asus graphic card. It is basically a service station for computer hardware, laptop etc. Staff is coperative. And you need not to wait too much.
