Rude behaviour no employee at the shop at first then . Few People responded that they are the employee. Usually full of people and individual attention is not provided. Arrogance shown by everyone at the shop .asus must review there decision and chage the service center to a different owner I think it will solve the problem then.

Please BEWARE !!!They might have an intention to make money out of screen and mother board replacement.I have sent my son to the repair centre with real me phoneFirstly without even checking the phone they said my phone needs a screen replacement.Only after persuading the personnel to check the phone thoroughly they opened and checked.Secondly when asked for the bill they ballantly denied, only after numerous illogical arguments they gave a bill, which was already used. Even after repeated requests of giving a gst bill,a manual bill was provided.

Pathetic staff and pathetic service. This service centre deserves negative rating. If you want to get your device repaired here, some parts might go missing or might be replaced, yeah man thats true.Beware of the black creep when u enter the shop.

Youll get the job done here, but not recommended. Its the service centre of both Realme and Asus in Siliguri, but the service is pathetic. Unprofessional staffs, they dont provide appropriate help and take irrelevant time to fix your issue. But you are helpless, since it is the only service centre of realme and Asus in the city.

Worst Service ever, I had problems with the webcam of my Asus Laptop and had given it to these people and they kept it for a month and still could not detect any problem and after a month all I could see is these people had used my laptop for their office use and had all their history and everything on my laptop. Very unprofessional people hired by Asus work here they have got zero knowledge about things.

This place is the official service center of ASUS and Realme. I visit here three times for my laptop. Employees are not so helpful here. My one issue is fixed and other is not fixed. But it is the only service center for Realme and Asus laptops in Siliguri.

Excellent service, great people, very cordial and most importantly although they are authorized service center they understand your problem and try to resolve it. Good job.

Had gone for fixing my ASUS laptop keyboard, It was fixed, but the problem was that I lost all of my data from my HDD i.e.900gb of my files were gone.Their servicing is fine, but due to lack of safety the entire contents of my 1TB HDD was wiped out. I had asked them before bringing in the laptop, whether I should back my files up, they said it was not necessary so I trusted them. I got my laptop back after 14 days with the keyboard( main problem) fixed, but my D drive was missing, which may have been due to loose connections during re-assembly.I went back again for it to be fixed, I got my D drive back, but it was as good as new, i.e.931gb was free out of 931, meaning that I lost all my important files, my documents, my personal files, everything that was there was GONE.I asked them what I could do, they were very very Unfriendly at that point saying that they had nothing to do with it and they could do nothing about it and behaved as if I had brought in a laptop with no data in it.So, before going, make sure you create a backup of all of your important files, even though they say it isnt necessary , because they totally donot take responsibility of the files lost, and donot take it as a mistake from their part and point it to the user, even though their careless-ness while handling the drives and reconnecting erases the data.The reason probably being that they might not be using earthing bands, so the laptop HDDs get a static surge therefore wiping off all of the data from it.

Horrible customer service.No politeness, no urge to serve the customer properly.Certainly the worst staff in the entire Asus india service centres.They need to drastically improve their communication skills.

Worst Service centre in the entire universe. The moment i stepped in i felt like is this really a service centre?Worst executives... They told me they would call me after inspection of my device within 3 days but i did not receive any call for about a week and then i called them to ask for my device ln sunday, but the person was angry that i called him on sunday(holiday) and he scolded me bhai aaj sunday hai.. aapka chutti nhi hota hai?, acha boliye aap kaha kaam kartey hai? aap jaha kaam karte hai chutti nhi hota hai sunday? mujhko kaise pata hoga ki aapka mobile bana hai ya nhi ghar mey in a very rude tone.So i went to the centre next day and asked for the mobile but they couldnt find it and told me to come next day. At last i received the mobile some days later. Very Bad service. Very Unprofessional executives. I will never go to that service centre again.I want to give 0 star rating but i can only select 1 star as minimum in google maps.
