Their customer service is pathetic. I had to go 4 times for replacement of a Logitech mouse which was under warranty. First day,(17th july)there was a man at the desk who wasnt much responsive and didnt even give us the work order paper of the product which is printed via computer and is the main document needed for replacement. I had to go again after some days to take that document. Suddenly,a man from the service centre called today and told us to take the product between 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. I went at 5:13 pm but they said they will attend customers only upto 5:00 pm and told us to come the next day. Im totally unsatisfied with the service provided . They value their time so much that they didnt give the product even after 13 minutes but what about the customers time then? 4 times and, so much time and energy wasted just for a mouse which was under warranty. Logitech👏👏amazed by the bad customer service provided. I have even mailed to logitech customer help . Then on the day of delivery,we waited nearly for 40 mins until the staff of the office came. Poor customer service.
