The owner used to very polite, friendly and jovial earlier. But his attitude even towards his existing customers have drastically changed. Now found him using unprofessional language and attitude. The way of talking has become arrogant and disrespectful as well. I have recommended his shop to 5-6 persons earlier. Will surely tell them to avoid his shop now. As a Government Banker, I realised that business is greatly dependent on your attitude and way of talking.However he still has great range of products, only the way of talking has become disrespectful and arrogant.
