Buying a product needs a lot of research and a good conviction from the sales person , I entered this shop without expecting anything. I had in mind what I wanted to buy but after visiting many shops I was convinced that this is the shop that I would love to buy the product from .Very courteous staff and clean and well maintained shop .Thankyou for the smooth service . Unprofessional behaviour. Have got no courtesy about treating a customer properly.Reaching their office is itself a task and they dont even bother to welcome the customers properly. Worst experience.Never buy from this store such a dump.I bought dell desktop for 33000 ask to make bulk later .When I reached home monitor is damaged at first open and even try to reach but got worst respond .Myself approach service centre n came to know they even didn’t file complaint which delay my time schedule journey from Sikkim.I even didn’t receive the bill which we made deal to make on April.Don’t ever buy from this store.

I had a good experience at this place as the staff were very nice and helpfull and they guided us well to select the laptop.

The keyboard protective flim they give is Rs12 to 15 and they claim the accessories of worth rupees 3000, cheaters.The shopkeepers or so called the staffs think they are expert in laptops related knowledge which was easily visible through their behavior and no other people knows about laptops,or processors, price is quite high, provides very cheap accessories with even highly expensive laptops.Not at all satisfied.

This laptop store is a great option to buy a new laptop. But before buying a new laptop you need to know something. Dont buy a laptop on your first visit.Firstly, go to the store and choose your laptop and then compare the price to other stores near it. If price is different then buy your laptop from other stores. From my personal experience, you will save upto 10k rupees.But if price is same then you can buy it from here. And one more thing, dont give them any advance on your first visit. After comparing the price, you could easily choose where to buy your laptop. So go to that store and buy your laptop by hand to hand cash or card, you dont need to pay any advance money.

I have been cheated, I bought a Asus laptop X507UA Core i3 7th Gen EJ858T, they sold me for Rupees 37,490 and they told me that in 42,000 they are giving me a laptop,carry bag, mouse, laptop key skin and headphones worth 3500 rupees free.And I bought anti virus for 1100 rupees.Their policy was that in 42k they give me laptop and these stuff for free. But the online price for the laptop is 26,490 and the antivirus is 450rupees which they charged 1100rupees. At last one staff took my phones and gave review in Google maps 5 stars , he gave not I and said that for this review they are giving me the headphones (220 rupees) free.So I would like to say that all the five star reviews are given by them not by customers. They sell things at MRP and do not give any discount. They are also forcefully selling other stuff worth 2300 rupees. The ORIGINAL price of the laptop was 37000 but they told me it is 41000 and with that price they are giving gifts.

Worst laptop store Ive ever been. Staffs showing attitude as if theyre running some sort of multi millionaire company. 10-12k high price than other offline stores (also from online which is considerable). They bundle cleaning kit, mouse, keyboard, headphones including their price and say that its a freebie they provide. When asked about price difference, they straightaway say you to purchase from somewhere else.

The staff is not so friendly. The pricing is good. The offers are one of the best in the market. The variety is nice. Above averagely recommended.
