Brianna was very kind and honest, she didnt try and upsell me on anything, she was very polite and professional and even got me the jacket I wanted and helped me with explaining the maintenance and care. She was a delight to deal with. Would recommend for sure.

We absolutely love this store. This Danier Tsawwassen Mills store is a new store, at this location. Nice to see this store again, thinking that Danier had left B.C. Enjoy having a natural leather product for sure and out of the 5 coats we have, 3 are Danier. Naturally they wear well and have only now started using a leather cream (from Italy) to keep them like new.

I give a 5 star rating for Bipam, she is so cute and kind. She was just training so she didnt know the exact procedure for me picking up my order but she did great regardless.On the other hand I give a 1 star review for Aida who was extremely rude not only to me but to Bipam, the girl being trained. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I dont think it makes the store look very good.

Very poor customer service. Don’t buy a gift here, customers are certainly not valued and the only answer they will give you is a NO!!

I usually never give reviews but I received the WORST experience at this location. Aida (the manager) was very rude, unprofessional and doesnt have any customer service skills and was also very rude to one of the workers, she needs to make a huge change to her attitude. I felt so uncomfortable I DO NOT recommend going here, I am never shopping here again. So disappointed.

. Went there few days ago. Employees were very helpful but go to know the rude lady in the store is manager of the store. Not recommending anyone to go that store. As per the reputation of the store, i am so disappointed how they hire so unprofessional managers!!!! Never coming back in the store.
