One of the worst store from you can buy stuff.... gave clothes for alternations a month back no response from the store at all. Zero customer service. Absolutely disgusting experience despite charging good amount of money for clothes. Will recommend never ever shop from this place.

2 stars for the beautiful shop. When I visited there, their staff asked what range ? This question is acceptable I replied bz its good not to waste time over checking out everything.After showing 3 - 4 sarees, the staff asked me what color do u want and I said any color wuld do, I have no such color in my mind. I would appreciate any color. They didnt show anything after dat and said this is what they have. I cant believe in the range of 10-15 k this shop had just 2 and 3 sareesI dont understand why do they sit if not interested in selling. That shop is near my house so I thought to pick sarees that I needed urgently. The experience restricts me from revisiting there .

Horrible experience. Came to India to shop for wedding and was expecting a lot from quality to customer service. The sales person seemed like it was hard for him to find us clothes and when we did find something and went to pick it up after alterations, they definitely didnt deliver. Lost one of the dress and when they found it they didnt do anything to it. Had to argue to get them to fix it next day for their mistake. Bought 3 dresses and from the 3, they messed them all up. It felt like they took measurements for no reasons. Selection is great just service felt underwhelming.

They have a wide range of collections with reasonable prices, I bought 6 outfits between my daughter and myself and the bill was to what I usually buy 1 outfit, I was shocked and over the moon for the money spent. The staff was really calm and polite, they showed each and every piece inspite of knowing I would not buy it. I loved the collection and staff there.

Poor customer service. They had over 30 employees, but everyone was busy talking to each other. I went with my young daughter and walked out due to their lack of service or care. They seem like it was a burden to open more than 5 pieces. Made us move 5 times from area to area. Seriously??Quality was poor.

Staff refuses to listen to your concerns. Also takes forever to get your clothes back from alteration. Expect to waste an hour just to pick up your clothes. My sister has purchased a dress of 17800 for her baby shower they spoil the fitting of the dress and there is a manager called mehul he has no manners to word with client they r repairing same dress again and again and said for the full payment very poor and cheap quality of staff they they are not giving the fresh piece and mehul told that now I will not money 10k which was given in advance and neither he will give us fresh piece mistake was done by master of boutique then how he can have word like this I will suggest dono buy anything from aishwarya because whatever money u r paying thats not worth

Very pathetic service by sales person, underestimate, very arrogant, previously I have very good experience of purchasing,but this time no words to express. Never think to go again and will not suggest to anyone coz of the sales person. I wanted to convey msg to that person that you are not the person for customer services, first you should learn this person how to speak with customer. You should give training for the soft skill and the communications.

One of good indian female dresses and sarees are available with higher to quite economic range but prices are quite higher than others range of dresses are too good

WORST SHOWROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN !!Unfortunately my experience with it has been worse than ever. Say it for parking or service, its not worth at all.My family visited it only because I insisted cause of the beautiful display dresses. A car hit our car when it was parked outside Aishwarya and it was badly damaged. The watchman standing outside didnt do anything probably cause he was scared of that big car guy.Now inside the shop, we visited on Sunday evening - peak time. But people inside would roam here and there but would not attend us. Even after asking for 2-3 times, they didnt show us the dresses and ultimately we had to leave the place disappointed.

It was good. Visited for the first time. Bought two suits from there.
