One of the cleanest mobile store I have seen in town. ( After Apple ). They took inspirations from the former to give their customers the best experience. And they did it right. The ambience of the store goes well with the brand. The store has a minimalism theme going on. If you walk into the store you might feel the urge to buy a phone. Thats how much positive the vibe is of the place.

But here the problem that we dont have Oneplus experience store in my location. The nearest store is in Siliguri which about 190 KM far from my location. So I find out Siliguri Oneplus Experience store contact no in Google. Ms. Sony pickup my phone and she confirmed that they have Oneplus Nord 12 Gb Ram Variant available. And i want to mentione here that on Ms. Sonys assurance I travelled 190 KM to buy OnePlus Nord.Hence, I just want to say that she have impeccable manners.

We visited siliguri city centre store on 11 th aug 2021. We were pleased dealing with Riku Mondal. The way he described the features and suggested the product, one plus nord2. The billing was smooth too and courteous staff throughout.

Not so good experience with the Oneplus brought a neck band today and the head phone volume up and down button got out of it. Didn’t like the experience
