I wish I could give 0 in this review i have applied for a course from IGNOU & it has been 6 months since i have applied for it & still waiting for the materials & when i asked them for updates I did not get any support from their side no body receives the calls, no updates are available on the website & lastly every time when i email them i always get a same revert, You will get it soon. is this the way to treat your applicants? you are here to solve our problems & simplify the entire process but right now I am just regretting that why i have chosen IGNOU as my distance course study? Very disappointed with the behavior & never recommend to anyone who is really very serious towards their study & want a genuine degree. There are many nice distance learning Institutes available these days IGNOU is just big name now not quality & No supportive staff.
