Worst services .. salesman doesnt know how to talk after purchasing the product and very very poor service if there was an option to give negative ratings i would happily give negative ratings .It took more than 3 days to install one television. Too much harassmentHighly not recommended..

I bought a Samsung LED UHD tv (55 inch), they said they will send their men to setup the TV in my house,but they are not punctual and they dont pick up the call too.it was a bitter experience, I suggest new buyers to buy it items directly from showrooms rather than going to these intermediate seller!

I recently bought an earphone from Ezone, cosmos mall, siliguri..i paid 499 rs after availing the offer.i regret buying it. It was worthless, not even worth 100 bucks.

One of the wrost electronic shop in Siliguri , I have buy AC from your shop and I have done the full payment after that also no responsibility I have called the authority more than 10times so that they should send someone and set my AC . But no one came I have waited for 2days . Its better for everyone that stop buying any electronic items from ezone Siliguri branch .I would request the concerned department to look up to this matter soon .
