Good location but not so good amenities

Jeevan bima nagar ( a private apartment) that is beside LIC office in Sevok Road is my residence address. Well!! the locality comprises of high Standard apartments built with enough space. We get to avail the facilities of the sufficient space provided for functions and festivals. The environment has cool air with less noise pollution. Moreover, the residents have been provided with the parking facilities as well. Regarding safety purpose guard is available all the time.At last I would say, just try to ensure that working of the lift should be available 24*7. If it gets shut down for a while due to any reason then just ensure that it gets repair as soon as possible.

This is the best place to live in apartments and the best place to live in a community.
