Safe and nice place to stay

We have been staying at HIG complex since our arrival at Siliguri. This housing complex boasts of almost all the amenities required e.g. a swimming pool etc. . The most important reason for opting for this apartment was the security checks for unauthorised vehicles. The surroundings are beautiful and the management makes sure of getting the maintenance done. For shopping city centre is very near. Neotia hospital is within uttarayon and Dr Changs hospital is very near too in case of any medical emergencies.The only drawback I cam think of is that the rent is relativ expensive..

A new self sufficient township with lots of greenery, open spaces and planned development.Well maintained gated community.Close to a shopping mall with food court, hospital, ATMs.Accessible by highway NH10, located just on the outskirts of Siliguri town entire from Bagdogra Airport.

Its a quiet place for residential purpose, safety and security is highly appreciated. Feeling proud as a SILIGURIAN.

If you are thinking to live in peace ! Uttarayan is the right place for you!!Absolute calm & quite. Clean well mentioned roads and gardens. Perfect walk for Morning & Evening walk. City Centre is on the head so relax for your late night marketing. And least assure about your family security. The park made for Children is specious and beautiful with landscape garden but need maintenance; some toys are in a dangerous state. The residents are all seems to be conscious about the civic behaviors as well mannered and helpful. Atlist I have not experienced any nonsense happening. The Restaurant (Orchid) nearby is awesome. This is a HIG complex although one can find MIG & LIG towards further North.Nice haven in earth; a true relief from city crowd. :)
