Room was in pretty bad shape. Huge gap below the main door. No latch in the main door for locking the room from inside. Bathroom door flimsy and was about to fall. Dirty and torn towel, no activated TV, no intercom, not even drinking water.Had informed hotel reception about the same, but seems all the staffs were new and were multitasking. Staffs were cooperative though.I can understand, hotel is opening after lockdown, but basic service should not be compromised. Total disappointment.

Pool water is always green in colour and its dirty.We cant drink or eat near swimming pool.But people can only smoke near swimming pool.

Its getting renovated. A nw look to the rooms has been given. A new restaurant too has been added. The food quality is worth mentioning here. The drive in has been beautifully done up with ample parking place. The swimming pool too has been beautifully done up. There has been a remarkable & noticeable overall improvement to things. Anyday ; it has now become worth a place to enjoy ones stay in lush green natural environment at Siliguri.

Its a cosy place in the heart of the city just to escape the hot days. Filled with greenery and a huge swimming pool just to relax and enjoy a short holiday. Service has an opportunity of improvement just to make this place a paradise.

I can say that food service is not that good.

Not good, washroom is not clean , breakfast is not good , we want 15 Allo paratha his servant said no maam hum nhi ban sakte itna aap LG Kuch aur arrange KR lo, coffee and tea is also too bakwash

The place is quite conveniently located on the road from Darjeeling to Siliguri. Relatively easy to find and spot from a moving vehicle.The property is very spacious and nice, it has outdoor swimming pool as well as restaurant, parking and a lot of outdoor sitting areas.As for the cons, the place needs to be maintained better, it has a great potential, but you can see that it lacks in maintenance.Nice clean and spacious rooms with AC. Our room did not have hot water, but it was not an issue as we were traveling during warm times.The staff is very useful and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay there.

A very beautiful resort on the Siliguri - Darjeeling Highway. Just beside the toy train track the resort has beautiful rooms. There is a restaurant, bar and a pool. The quality of food is quite nice and the service is also fast. Though the resort gives an old look, one can definitely give it a try and enjoy the resort.

I had an awesome experience in this resort. Excellent room , superb services & we had taken all the meals from them and it was probably home cooked food which was delicious.Overall very satisfying stay.

Bad: Hospitality is poor and unprofessional. The restaurant is non-functional. Bad experience with staff and room over all.Good: Outdoor space is spacious and has a swimming pool, good for a day visit but not stay.

It was a nice experience. The behavior of the staff was ok. Wifi services were available there. But the food was not so good. Location wise it was ok and convenient to reach.

We went to stay there in July and that time we got a nice cottage room and the service was also fine but this time it was thoroughly dissapointing and the service was worse.There was no cable line nor the phone line was working.the food we ordered was very oily and the quality of the food was so worse. So all in all this time it was a disaster.... I hope the management will look into the matter and improve customer service...

Amazing a must visit with family.

I had gone to Darjeeling hills recently with my family.I was amazed to see Viramma Resort near Darjeeling crossing Siliguri like a oasis in a desert. I did not see any good feedback earlier .I look forward to my next trip to this region with lots of greenery.

Poor management

Good place, not very tip-top and maintained but works for a weekend party with friends. The food was ok i guess, wouldnt say it was very good, but will work. Also has a swimming pool, so ya.

Good and cooperative hotel staffs like Sumon, Madhav, Roky....but this hotel is much costlier compare to other hotels with much more amenities with a range of Rs **** per night and within locality. Here they are charging quite more and location is in remote where you need to commute through Auto etc.They does not provide complementary breakfast or provide tea as complementary in rooms. As all hotels in this range provide so. In other ways value for money you spend here is not justified.

This is good hotel for solo traveller. Service over here is good. Food quality is good. Complementary breakfast provided here is good in quality. Location wise this hotel is near to Junction.

Hospitality, unorganized and felthy rooms are the biggest and most irritating during our stay in the hotel.. Also the staff including manager are like agents for everything...

I stayed here two days. No facilities at all. Its too costly. Food here is so bad and non hygenic. I ordered here paneer and found bones in the gravy. Room service is too bad, no drinking water available in your room. Tv here is out of recharge. You cant entertain. If you want to call reception desk you have to go there. I booked it from goibibo but the caretaker denied to give room. He allotted me room privately. In A.C. he has fitted timer which works only 5 sec and offs for five minutes. Manager is very impolite and mannerless. So disappointed from here. No facilities. Never book this resort. Its VIRANA NOT VIREMMA.

I would have given negative star rating if it was possible. Reception people behave as if customers are their enemies. They need severe training on hospitality. Indicates how careless the management is! Horribly disappointing room, bathroom and service (basic amenities like towel, water etc are not available in the room!)Looks as if a cattle shed is being converted in to a hotel!. We went for swimming. The receptionist was a guy called Gautam. His behaviour is unwelcoming and very negative, he is very reluctant to take orders and serve. Food is very bad, not recommended.
