HARASSMENT FOR SEAT COVER :-I have purchased access125 on 27 may 2020. They HARASSED me for SEAT COVER by saying that they will give me but at the third service after 7 months, they are saying that it wasnt written on the paper. So here my question is, if its not written why they told me that they will give ?So i think its a kind of fraud, new buyers please take care of those things.

They definitely need bigger space.I had hone there to enquire about V-Strom. Sadly they could not give me any details.Best part was, they do not display high-end motorcycles.How do I decide without seeing it.On purchase of any motorcycle, we need to see the comfort of seatheight, handle bar distance, riding comfort and above all a test ride.They sell quite a good number without giving customer the choice to above mentioned things.

Tried calling them multiple times to understand if the repair works are being done but no one answers the call.

If this was the last showroom on earth then also i would not visit it any more, it was here where i experienced HELL, but thank God i was saved from any more of this. Kept my money for almost a month without delivery hope they got more rich from the interest they collected from my deposit. Shame on Orient......

Cheater staffs, after service sells are worst cheat customers to sell their spare parts pleasw avoid and try suzuki showroom at sevok road

The staff are so lazy, after rejection of registration for my Suzuki scotty they never call me for 2 months after approach to them they told me about this matter, it almost 3 months gone now. HERE I am suffering with my scotty without number plate daily in traffic areas. So bad service. Poor staff behavior.

Awesome service centre , Suzuki kuddos for such good service ..i own a gixxer 155 , went there forservicing 4 time . There is ac customer lounge , with tv. It takes nearly 1.5 hr to get servicing done . The mechanics r awesome and helpful , even bike cleaning is done perfectly . Everytime i visit orient suzuki svc my beast gixxer is ready to grunt again .

Third class service from orient Suzuki ....last year in Nov I have purchased Suzuki access 125 SE from them ...l was promised from the sales person of corporate discount of 2600 but till now no refund from their side ...even no body receive call ...when I reached the Suzuki customer care ....orient Suzuki owner call me and asked about problem ...I brief him all ...he told that he will solve all the problems within 24 hrs but its have been 1 week that guys has never called nor receiving my call ...he just cuts the call ...they have not even given my registration paper till now ....worst service providers
