Okay service not upto the mark

Dissatisfied with the depth of suggestions provided by the technician. Found the ingenious solution for the washing machine myself by placing a Kota tile in the base of the machine. Now its working unattended but shelled out 400 to the technician for the 5 minutes visit. Technician suggested an expensive repair.

Dont even want to give one star to this place. Avoid this company like covid-19!!! My washing machine broke down a few weeks back. No major problem just the display isnt working. I had to call them repeatedly just to get a service guy to come for inspection,which isnt cheap. After inspection the guy tells me that the problem cannot be fixed as they dont have the required parts (PCB). Now they want me to seek help from local technicians to get it fixed as LG has stopped making the display board for my front load fully automatic washing machine. I mean I had to pay them Rs 500 just to tell me this. What horrible service!!! Never buying anything from LG and advise anybody reading this to avoid this company too. Shame on you LG care.

Horrible place to get your service done. Bunch of cheaters.!! i had called them for the servicing of my microwave, they attended on 10/07/2020. charged Rs 290 as inspection, did not do any work, said the repair will be done and will be informed from office when. They never came back and on calling the do not receive my phone calls either. Horrible place.

Worst service Centre.First they should learn how to talk to customers.My washing machine is not working since 10 days. Technician came and said motor is faulty and needs to be replaced. Till now no response from them.When I called them one guy said motor has arrived from Delhi and technician will visit tomorrow. When technician didnt visit I called them . They said motor hasnt arrive and will take another 10 days. Totally fraud and cheaters. Very very bad experience.My washing machine is under warranty. Dont buy any LG product in siliguri.

Not a good experience after purchasing two 2 ton ACs, when one is functioning fine 2nd was having problem. Within warranty they did not refused to replace the compressor though their official technician recommended the same (after suffering and complaining and perusing for over a month) to get support, they patch word repair it on temporary basis intended to cross the warranty period. However this patch work was said not to go for by their official technician who came after all effort by Aducia field guys failed.

The Service center workers are very harsh and rude.I will never buy any LG product as its siliguri service center providers are not good with customers.

The worst experience ever had with lg. Earlier I was in Chandigarh and the lg services were really good but when I came to Siliguri and requested for service, they didnt cooperate and also their behaviour was rude.
