Had a wonderful two day stay at Hotel Central Plaza. The rooms are very well maintained. Its very clean & decor is very nicely done. The staff is well trained & service is efficient. Each of the amenities they offer is really commendable. All in all had a great experience here. They have restaurant & the food is excellent from the restaurant. Room delivery of food is also available.

A great hotel to stay on a trip anywhere to north east or sikkim. Nice hotel with updated amenities like smart tv, wifi, parking and awesome rooms.

There is a reason why I have rated 2 star. The hotel is too good to go even the staff except few. But we faced a severe problem which was not at all expected from any of the hotels whether cheap or a luxury. We found droplets of blood on our bed which was hidden under the blanket. Images attached please see. Other wise the hotels is good.

The location is good. But the price I paid doesnt justify the room I was given and the bathroom was also poorly cleaned. When complained about it they said they will send a staff to clean it but nobody showed up. The food was also not good. I ordered breakfast and after that I preferred to eat outside.

A good place to stay. Its clean and have parking space too. Better to walk in if youre looking for rooms rather than booking through omline, the manager is humble as well.

Very good hotel and obviously a recommendation.I love its location because its not inside the proper city and their chaotic environment.You may find the peace with good service and various kind of relaxing accommodations.They have own parking lot, food and wifi zone too.I had a great relaxing time there and will definitely visit again. I was there for the first time for my music concert and I wanted the peaceful ambience which I needed.

Good location. Nothing is complementary. Rooms are good. Good location. You can spend rs 10-20 to visit main locations like SNT bus stand, Bidhan Market / hongkong market. Good place to shop around for ladies. You can get reasonable good dresses at dirt cheap price. But if you want to travel in early morning trains, you should stay nearby station.

The four star rating may not be justified with the infrastructural amenities of the hotel, but when it comes to the customer service, they are definitely superb service providers. Was on an official tour & was supposed to check in by evening, but due to the train delay, arrived at 1am in late night. Called the front desk guy Arvind, informed him about the late check in & requested for arranging the dinner. As I checked in, my room was ready, and in a hot case, waiting was my dinner all hot as fresh out of oven. After a tiring journey, a hot & sumptuous dinner was all needed. Hotel Central Plaza is one of the few hotels which gets a lot of customers due to its location. If you are coming by bus or your personal vehicle to Siliguri, you can find it just as you enter Siliguri. The hotel has nice rooms with all the modern facilities and are not very costly. There is a restaurant and bar also.

This is an average hotel located in Siliguri. The rooms are also average and are maintained properly. The washrooms are also not bad. The hospitality was good. The rates are slightly higher. Overall average experience.

I have had a nice experience in this hotel. Pretty reasonable cost. Liked the dining and the foods were great. Their Alu bhaji(crispy version) is wowww!!Friendly staffs.Location is great. Foreign exchange shop is at its right. On the left side you have sim card shops, food shops, cloth shops, car stops etc. All in the hotel premises. Bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Very pathetic service. Even bathroom amenities like dental kits saving kits has to be purchased from outside. Basically all this are the basic facilities of the standard hotel like this. We have booked in CP plan which means breakfast is Included which has to be buffet, in case if occupancy is less then atleast 2 to 3 cuisine should be there. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone. I have booked luxury double room they provide me twin bed room and they said that is luxury double. All waste of money.

Initially, I hesitated to stay at Central Plaza and instead stayed the first night at Sinclairs Siliguri where one deluxe room cost us ₹5,500 a night which was expensive considering the size of the room! The next day, in our leisure time, we ventured into the maze of resorts, lodges and hotels at Siliguri until we came across this hotel and thought to give it a chance. We were disappointed at the first rooms they showed us whose walls were dirty and looked unhygienic but understanding our ideal rooms, they took us to the rooms on the uppermost floor which were hygienic, clean and well-lit! We were satisfied beyond mere satisfaction and we immediately booked one of those divine rooms for our remaining days at Siliguri, the City of Beauty beyond Expectations...!

WELL MAINTAINED ROOMS FOR MUCH LOWER PRICE. AC FUNCTION IS GOOD. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AS YOU CAN GET LUXURY VEHICLES FROM THE STAND INFRONT OF THE HOTEL. OR YOU CAN BOOK TATA SUMO FROM DARJEELING MORE. YOU CAN ALSO BOOK OLA OUTSTATION.

It was good. I think it was a bit overpriced. Very slow wifi network. The room we booked costed us around RS. 1350 (one double bed and a sofa). But their restaurants food was amazing 💕

Very good place for stay. Bike parking is available, and the main thing is that from here you can go any direction. Gangtok, Darjeeling. Just beside the Siliguri junction. Thats why I prefer this hotel. They also provide you tour guide, car etc.

One of the best hotels in Siliguri. As Buses from Bangladesh stops at counter below the hotel. So this hotel serves as an landmark for tourists.. well behaved staffs.. food is also awesome

The place is nice but the rooms and some of the staff are not upto mark,rooms are small and doors do not close properly. There is a lot of great hotels in siliguri,avoid this one. I also had free breakfast on my booking but no morning tea nor breakfast served.

Hotel Central Plaza is situated beside the main road near Darjeeling Stand in Shiliguri. There are two Shyamoli Bus Counters offering Shiliguri-Dhaka bus service, couple of grocery shops, an alcohol shop, a tea shop, a mobile recharge shop at the ground floor, a restaurant offering Bengali Cousine at the 1st floor.

The penguin bar is a reasonable place to have a few pegs of whiskey and chat with your friends. Food is average, drinks are reasonable, usually you will get a space to park your car.
