Good service, were very responsive and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and we could enjoy our time without any stress regarding travel. Drivers were very polite and ensured the best service going out of their way to help us out.2 things were missing1. Coordination between driver and the agency. We had to coordinate for everything regarding location of hotels / pickup times etc. These should have been coordinated by the agency.2. Lahchung hotel wasnt upto the mark, the hotel was changed for us at the last minute.

Hi this is sanjay sharma, I have booked the taxi form Ayush Holidays, from 27th to 29th March 2021, for Darjeeling Trip for Siliguri. I am talking with Miss. Pinki form Ayush Holidays, She has send me one Itinerary according to their conveyance. She offered me some cost for given Itinerary. Further I have negotiated for some amount. As I am coming Car (self-drive) from Raiganj (WB), hence I told her that my pickup should be as per my parking location near by bagdogra airport and she agreed for the same and told me it’s ok for them.But after reaching at siliguri I called to the driver to come at this location that is at Naxalbari its 11 KM from bagdogra Airport. Than other person from travel agency called me and said my Pickup is from siliguri he is denied to pick me from naxalbari. Then I told him that I shall pay the extra KM for this pickup and drop, as i don’t have any choice. And I discussed with driver as per the driver this extra Km running 22 KM total pickup and drop and there is a separate root form Naxalbari to Darjeeling for that we no need to go siliguri again, that I was agreed.Driver is following the root as per the Itinerary, due to that we have skipped the lunch in next day. He is not ready to go for the good hotel for lunch because he has to complete his on the way locations. He is not even showing the location although these are on the way due to their Itinerary. And I already told the Pinki the vehicle should be AC, but driver has not started the AC while going to Darjeeling even requesting also. Telling the reason for hills car engine taking load while hill traveling.At the time of return they travel agent asked me for Extra 1000 Rs for Extra pickup and force me to pay. As per them this extra pickup and drop consider form the siliguri considering 100 KM extra in place of 22 KM.Hence, the attitude of the travel agent is not good. They are charging unnecessary amount nor following there real commitments.Reply of your response,my pickup is from your garage this is not correct.kindly check your Itinerary sheared to me,Darjeeling(2N)Day - 1 : Arrival and Transfer to DarjeelingOur representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – He will be assisting for the transfer - Darjeeling - Nearly 105 kilometers 3 ½ - 4 hours drive – At an height of 2123 meters / 70001 feet lies the land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills – It is also home to the famous World Heritage train – The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) - Check into hotel – Evening free to roam around Mall or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at DarjeelingPickup location is showing Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) and your driver already were already reached at Bagdogra airport before my arrival. so do not miss communicate to the reviewers. this is your associate fault as she has not communicate properly to you/driver/me. Excellent Service provided by Aayush as committed both in Darjeeling and Sikkim. However , transport charges of Nathula should be lowered because enroute 80/% area is already covered in the package. Hence separate chages for Nathula is not justified. Otherwise,,all services were excellent. Ms. Anita Sharmas coordination was very helpful all the time.

Worst Experience. Never to book with Aayush Holidays. It spoils your trip completely. Service and Cars provided by them was horrible. Never give full advance payment or partly advance payment to them, otherwise they will ruin your trip by denying everything they promised at time of booking, though you have written proof. They are NOT a registered travel agent of West Bengal Tourism. So, if you want to book, always book a registered agent.

We, the group of 6 adults, have got the car services for our tour to Darjeeling-Kalimpong-Gorumara in Dec,2018 from Aayush Holidays group. The service is good and specially from pilot of Innova Crysta (Mr. Nima). Overall it is a great experience.

The worst experience ever!! Dont book them else you will regret later. When we contacted them they were very responsive and call us daily. After payment no calls and no contacts. You will get your driver number late night only and sometime in the morning only and that too after several calls.I have to call 5 times in the morining to get the car driver number. I have only Anitha Sharma (Assistant Manager) number. She didnt picked up the calls and never calls you back (after payment). The CEO (Prashant Gupta) just cuts your with our responding.After 1 hour she called back and we have to wait for 1 hour after dressing for driver number. For next day trip when called or car details she messaged saying she is not well so DONT CALL (see screenshot for evidence). After paying Rs 26,000 they are saying dont call.I think all the positive comments are by their friends. So beware of such fraud companies. They dont have any cars.They just hire some local taxi and send us the same. They pay just 1000 to 1500 for local taxi for daily sight seeing. If you are lucky you will get a good taxi else....

I visited gangtok from 28-4th October and booked taxi via aayush holidays, one of my friend refer about their services.. My entire journey was so comfortable because of taxi and taxi driver allocated to me.taxi condition was excellent and driver was also very professional and expert in his driving skills.They are very professional and full fill their commitments. I must appreciate their services and will again book from them..

Thank you to whole team for making our Bhutan trip memorable. Driver Uttam was very friendly throughout the trip. Hotels in most of the locations were good. All the hotel staff were friendly and food was good as per availability though. Only thing is alternate hotels should be of similar kind if not same, so that needs to be improved as Hotels cant be compromised. Communications should be more clear wrt customer or 3rd party so that first timers will not have any tension or we can say confusion, though I didnt faced much issue,but its improvement will definitely build more trust and comfort. :) Thanks to Mr.Prashant and Mr.Arjun who arranged everything for us without any hassle. It was really a very comfortable, hassle free and most memorable trip. Will definitely suggest to my friends and would hope if I make any other trip with them, it will be even more memorable and good one. Also they provide good deals. 1. I VISITED SIKKIM FROM 27TH SEPT-2017 TO 4TH OCT-2017 THROUGH ANITA SHARMA, SALES EXECUTIVE, AAYUSH HOLIDAYS WHO ALWAYS GUIDED NICELY EITHER BY PHONE OR MESSAGES.2. THE TRIP TO GANGTOK WAS VERY NICE. HOTEL & CAR PROVIDED WERE GOOD.3. BUT TRIP TO NORTH SIKKIM WAS MIXED WITH GOOD & BED. THE HOTEL PROVIDED WAS NOT AT PAR THAT OF GANGTOK & PELLING. MOREOVER, ON THE DAY OF RETURNING THE DRIVER TOOK THREE GUYS CAUSING OUR BAGGAGES WERE GOT WET WHILE HAVING BEEN RAINED. THIS WAS NOT DESIRABLE AT ALL.4. THE TRIP TO PELLING WAS VERY NICE. HOTEL PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT. BUT THERE WAS A BAD SMELL IN THE CAR AS WAS PROVIDED. THE DRIVER WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Horrible Cars and service. No punctuality of time. Dont pay even a single rupee in advance. Takes risk of life of passengers by sending horrible cars without wheel alignment and worn out tyres on such danger hilly areas. Not even a registered travel agent on West Bengal Tourism.
