Best zone for Electronics.

I have always preferred to buy from e-zone but this time I had a very bad experience with their service....The quality of service as well as the availability of the products have gone down after they have merged with the reliance digital...

They dont know the meaning of customer service....recently visited ezone in cosmos mall in siliguri and feel insulted...sales person was rude he refused to gve any information.....

As per with the collection of the Digital needs its the one stop spot. But, as with the variety of models and updated gadgets, it does lacks a lot onto the outdated and the limited stocks. I just put my visit in search of Godrej Refrigerator. But, as per by the store they do not keep any products of Godrej in their stores. So, its just for a 3 min. visit to this store.So, I do went for my needs over to the Reliance Digital, where all my needs were fulfilled with the offers accompanied with it.

Worst Customer Service.Once I went to exchange my Smartphone with another one. There was just one piece left with you people AMD as I was the first one to come so I should be the to get that phone.Still even after making a bill, another customer stepped in and started asking for the phone which I did select nd you people sold that phone to him.Do you guys get the meaning of First Come ,First Serve?
