I had given my laptop and charger before 25th of march to get it repaired along with its charger. I went there to get it back after the lockdown. Unpleasingly they said I had not given the charger along with the laptop. They lied! I had to buy a new charger. I consult you guys to go buy products and services from Cafe De net opposite to the road in front of Big Baazar, Goldigi Mall. They are much better with their products and services. Bhowmic Computers wont be able to survive in the market place if they behave in such manner. Unsatisfied with the products sold. Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a laptop from here. Laptops sold here arent good, had multiple issues with a laptop bought a year back from now. They dont take the responsibility of keeping good laptops. If youre reading this go buy products and services from Cafe De net Silchar.
