This place is old bus stand. And very popular place. But present day this place are established a coy of crpf.

Easy to spot the Buses

Very dirty place,no proper hygiene.Paid toilet and washroom.No charging plug in todays world.Dust every where.No proper green and blue dustbin.Very less sitting room.Govt need to look at least once.

Too bad for new commuters, the people around the town are so ruthless and helpless. Especially the Capitol tours and travel agents are too arrogant... They charged me extra 150 for coming late at ISBT and beware from their staffs they are women stalkers. They always wanted to get a chance to molest the women as the same incident happened to girl in our bus (Capitol) , but luckily the girl is strong enough to tackle up the situation and caught the person in red handed at 0200 AM. Womens beware and be alert whenever you travel with Capitol tours and travel.Thank you.. ...NOTE :- DONT HAVE ANY PERSONAL INTENTION TO BLAME THAT PARTICULAR ONE AS I HAVE EXPERIENCE ALL THIS.. 🙏

Why do they charge for using a public toilet?

This bus terminus is situated in outskirts of Silchar town... Only a few small tea stalls are there for essential needs of passengers... At present only Guwahati bound buses are originiting from this point... This is the only connecting point for the passengers from neighbouring states of Mizoram, and Agartala...

Bus services to the nearby state..... Not very clean but its OK... To start with oneself... Services available from silchar to Mizoram, Guwahati ,Agartala, Shillong, NEIGRIHMS...

Youll get bus from here to ghy, lumding, Shillong, Hailakandi, Karimganj and more main citys

Morning 5am to evening 7pm silchar to Guwahati and Shillong

This is place is for inter state travelers, but the facilities for passingers is total limited , like waiting sets, drinking water facilities, no separate ladies and jems rest house, wheel chairs facilities also not there.

Interstate Bus Terminal, ISBT situated just near Silchar main city. All types of vehicles like Buses, Travelers are available here for Guwahati, Shillong, Agartala, Aizawl, Imphal. Its a nice place with with natural beauty. Near about 12 Km from NIT, Silchar.

It was very dirty. As there was no one following covid protocol as well Bus counters and Bus staffs and passengers also. Also there were no such discipline around the ISBT Silchar.

Even though the campus is quite big but the place requires a bit maintenance. Well for the primary purposes vehicles are readily available. What else a traveler in need requires in the first place!

To begin with... Its literally in the middle of nowhere... Way outside the main township... There arent any proper toilets... At least there werent any the last time I checked. And its pretty small for an ISBT..

Neat and clean

Silchar ISBT is quite far from Silchar and very difficult to identify at nights. There are no street lights whatsoever. Be careful with that. You may miss it if youre not careful. It takes at least 30-45 minutes to reach here from Silchar city centre. The roads leading to this ISBT are loaded with heavy traffic and loads of dust. It is a tiring journey. The bus terminus is spacious and has a number of bays for buses. Most private travels have offices inside and booking a ticket is very easy. Most of snacking items are available inside the bus stop, so no worries there.

This bus terminus serves as the terminal station and starting point for most buses to and from silchar. The terminal infrastructure is quite adequate but very ill maintained and cleanliness is a major issue. The public toilets have no water very often . There are a few shops that sell eatables. The terminal is quite far away from the city and therefore commuting is a problem.

Buses and transports depart on time. Tickets can be booked easily online and at the counter depending on the availability of seats. ATM is also located at the side of entrance. Tea stalls, shops and seating arrangements are available.

Heart of bus point in silchar.Good in availablity of buses.Not 100% neat and clean but decent enough.Required essential services are available.Position of ISBT is also good as it is outside the crowded city area.

Well, not so big but ok. Not a lot of facilities but basic needs are fulfilled. But, the price for urine and toilet is little bit high. Also, the number of shops is less.

Passengers wating and restroom hygiene must be improved, also lack of Lighting arrangement, ISBT canteen hygiene not up to the mark.

Roads and hygiene couldve been better! Overall the place serves the purpose, theres enough space for parking. The toilet is functional and paid but not hygienic, But it gets your job done. Their are ticket counters for spot bookings and also a place to eat. Their are small shops inside the terminus where you can purchase packaged food. Theres also an atm for instant need of cash!

Nonsense place full disgusting toilets are not perfect and all outside of ISBT silchar is not so good.

Seats are less for passengers who are waiting for their bus..if you have reached early, you have to stand and wait..in need of a lot of maintenance..no connectivity problem.. bus platforms are not clean.. bathrooms are cleaned regularly, but there is no water in both toilet and washbasin..they take money for using the toilet, but havent provide the basic necessities.

Just like every other government bus station..on the outskirts of town .. almost 200 meter from main road ..not clean .. not organised.. every private bus service have their own window ..not much crowded.. try to avoid after 7☺️
