Response is not up to the mark ,people dont take quories and issued solve on time. If you are normal household person and you dont have higher connection they will delay or not response on your complain or they will make extra delay and you need to make complain every day every second our that will make you cry.Dont know when this mentality of people will change and people will be more responsible and punctual to their job.
