They dont know who you are after purchasing some device, if your device has a problem or something.. I bought a laptop, and after 1 and a half month, there was a minor software problem due to internet issues, it was a very small problem they couldve fixed it very easily.. But they said, that software problems dont fall under their warranty criteria.. I mean that jst doesnt make any sense.. Then they told that it will take 500 Rs and they also told that they cant recover the data too..And I didnt want that so, I went to the Lenovo service center and asked them.. They were nice and said that no money will be required, the problem will be fixed. So software issues DO fall under warranty criteria.. They repaired my laptop within half an hour.. So Im giving 1 star..😤🤐

Horrible experience I have faced... I gave my Asus laptop for reparing the keyboard(connector issue) first they took advance payment for ordering the parts then it took almost one month to say the parts are unavailable.. I asked for spare keyboard because they have wasted one month already and I have exam so I requested for spare keyboard but that was also unavailable and when I bought a new keyboard from them after coming home I can see that my laptop is not getting charged when I called them they are saying may be there is some connection problem we will fix the issue if you come like seriously how many times I have to waste money for auto rickshaw for this horrible service... Please its a request never visit them for reparing your laptop or desktop they just know how to harass customers.

If you dont wish to waste any of your hard earned money, dont even think of buying or repairing anything from them.Had the worst experience there.I changed my screen for 6400 rupees and after a week my laptop wasnt working.Again paid then 2200 to repair it.Day after that is wasnt working either.They got only one aim. Earn money more and more. If you are providing the services than its ok but you arent.

Love this shop Prices are reasonable and staff behavior are good too. This opinion is only for sales not service/repair point of view.In silchar we have few computer shops where u wll get all most everything.

I dont like the repair service offered, they had taken good amount of money from me but was unable to repair my laptop, I was facing sudden shut down problems, really disappointed from their service and waste of money, therefore I am not going to them in the near future. I would prefer some other repairing shops than here.

This is from where I bought my laptop. Its one of the best and most successful electronic gadget shops in silchar specialty for laptops and desktops. The staff is quite friendly too and they are happy to guide you so that you get the best product for your price.

The good thing is they look into the problem before quoting. One might had to go multiple times to get a hardware replaced, which is very difficult for a customer! Not completely satisfied with their service. Okay-ish.
