The shop is good. Approach towards customer is quite friendly. We like it. But the price of all sanitary products are very high at Silchar reason not clear.

I visited their Bilpar showroom for my requirement of 2x4 tiles. The staff wanted to know if I would purchase the materials that day! Didnt bother to know what sort of colors I wanted. The person in charge bothered to talk to me after looking into his mobile for 10 minutes even though I was seated in front of him. No etiquitee and customer sevice at all. I had an initial requirement of 30 tiles of dimension 2x4 and then another 100 based on their quality. I wouldnt reccomend my friends based on their catering to customers.

Lovely & Good collections...price is on higher side which purchaser may have to negotiate.
