I had worst experience with them. My mother after watching their ad on Facebook bought a cotton saree. The made us pay money to them delivered the saree of inferior quality. When we asked them to exchange it (we were ready to pay more) they very rudely denied that.

The owner and most of the employees are very humble but there is need of grooming for cash and delivery counter staffs specially product delivery staff of this shop. Hope proper action from saha da.

Representatives gets irritated and speaks worthlessly when stuffs are rejected .Reason for rejection was they showed another picture rather than what ordered.Also doesnt reply on real time basis.Worthless and useless representative doesnt even know how to speak.Reply from representative - Be careful from next time while ordering.I would like to ask the owner is it the way to treat any customers. Simply Worthless.

Very Poor!!!!!!I took a tussar silk ( it was called tussar silk, but material is not that) saree from online Facebook liveThey said its a Discount price and sold for a big amount, but it is not worth 1000 rupees when I got the saree. It was an old stock., already the border of the saree was tearing. Wanted to talk about that defect with the saree, but they dont pick up the calls, neither do they respond for the messages. Once sold, they behave as though they are not responsible for it. They have no idea how to behave with their customers. You call this behavior as what?The sales people keep calling you for the payment daily, but once sold, they dont take calls and say they are busy!I am soo much frustrated ans vexed up with trying to call them or message them!They forgot that Customer is the king.Please people, do not buy from SAHA TEXTILES 🙏There are so many nice people in kolkata who respond so well to their customers once you tell them the problem.They either exchange the saree or take it back.The saree is different when you receive it from what u see in the live!!This is my request to people who are reading this review to not buy sarees and get cheated like me from them.BIG CHEATERS THEY ARE!!Simply a waste of money, waste of time. Very bad. Very very badI would not wanna give even that one star. Such reckless, useless, not friendly, behaviour from the sales people.! Such CHEATERS they are.Bought a saree through online, it said silk linen but the fabric was sooo rough, I was getting allergy the moment I put that on. Due to this reason I wanted to return the saree back, but these people dont reply back at all. Kept saying reasons for almost 15 days.They dont give the owners number to even talk to but only these people deal the whole situation. We waited with hope to get a positive reply, but in the end they said they dont take it back unless it has some defect. What nonsense is this !!! Is this the way you guys deal with your customers? The interest they show in selling the saree is not shown later. They call daily for you to pay for the saree that you have blocked through the live., Soo much interest while selling the saree away and once the saree is sold and the money is paid, they dont respond even if its a small enquiry. Now They stopped picking calls, they cut our call when they pick up the call accidentally. Tried contacting Manjima on Facebook messenger( the so called person who shows all the sarees on FB live every Saturday evening ) but no response from her too! Had requested the sales people every day almost to take the saree back because its of no use to us, But they kept saying We are busy with the sale now, We will talk to our sir, and then tell you tomorrow The tomorrow has become more than 15 days now. None of the owners have responded to us!! Are you guys big celebrities to answer to your costumers. ?Why dont the sales people give the contact number of the owners ?None of the online saree pages have behaved like this !! If you guys are not CHEATERS, then what are you ?

The people are very kind and helpful , they guide you from the entry to the exit.

Return policy is disgusting. You have to carry all the ruturned item without any bag. After choosing the new item they will submit it at the time of billing. If you return more than two item - it is genuinely a punishment nothing more than that.

Even the two Stars I gave are for the jamdani I have bought from the store. But very much disappointed with the behaviour of the salesperson of Aranya section ,her unwillingness and unprofessional behaviour made me decide not to go there again.

Saha textiles is a shop situated near haritala more. Its basically a weavers paradise. This shop basically promotes all the artisians and weavers of Bengal. One can find enormous collection of handlooms sarees, dress materials and other handloom items.

Very customer friendly. They offer drop service as well if you purchase INR 40000 and above. Overall collection is superb and reasonable. Its a complete departmental store.

A paradise of a departmental store in the suburbs.Variety and price range fits the tastes of one and all and attracts all budgets.Staff help is beyond expectations.A tiny part of the day spent there to look up for various goodies earned us a Babloo da, a Narayanda, a Nitaida and even the younger guy at the cash counter was proactive and helpful.It was an eye opener for me to experience such warmth in a multi-storied store amid a busy suburban town.

One of the best well maintained shop of garments of barasat city.It is located near haritala more on barasat barackpur road, under the flyover.They have wide range of designer sareers, traditional dresses like punjabi, dhakai jamdani etc.The started new edition sarees like aranya, desh collection etc.They sell mangal benarasi saree, comes from the invented place of original benarasi sarees benaras after worshipping of lord mahadev.They maintain good quality of their product and try to maintain good relation with their customers.They are well communicated with neighbouring areas by train route, different bus routes and auto rickshaw routes.

Good place for shopping... The cotton and printed pieces are really good for buying... All employees are good and caring friendly...

Worst customer service.

Good place to buy readymade garments, sarees winter garments at Barasat. Staffs are cordial but not energetic enough. Reluctant to show a variety of goods although a huge variety of stock is always there. Facility to book now, pay the balance and collect latter during 15th August every year. Big budget purchase with credit facility is available there. Congested area having no parking facility. Reasonable and competitive fixed price.

I liked the place. Its a 4 floor building where its full of clothes. Each floor has a section for itself. You will get from handkerchief to shoes.each floor has a demarcation in it. Ladies gents kids everything. Once you choose a item they will tag your name n send it to the counter you need not even carry them .. once payment is done you will get the things. Also there is a factory outlet there of sarees where you get sarees at a rebate prices. If you are in the vicinity do visit it. You wont be disappointed.

One of the worst shop at haritala..bought a rs 1100 saree nd rs 400 bedsheet recently ..the quality is so cheap that after washing bedsheet for once it looks like 2 yrs old..colour fade totaly within 15 days...saree quality is same...though the salesmen r vry helpful nd good but the actual fact tht what they say,if u believe that then u must b a fool..rastai r tv te add dilei hoy na..customer der quality r jinis provide korte hoy ata onara janen na..Hope to avoid the shop to save ur money...!

Last Sunday we went there for buy some silk sarees.but the two men of the silk section at barasat store were so lazy.they showed hardly 4/5 saree at the range of 12000.they had no interest to show more sarees.it is not expected from Saha textile.next I will never go to this shop
