Had bought my new home s complete furniture and electronic appliances from this store two years back.Had some problem with my Godrej interio bed after around 6 months of purchase , but it was promptly resolved by True Retail s team.Also bought LG 43 led tv along with sony home theatre, LG refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner , microwave and Kutchina Chimney all on emi.But could not avail emi on furniture items like sofa, dining set, sofa due to loan limit restrictions from Bajaj, but the shop owner was kind enough to give us a credit of 2 months. Place is good and has got almost all the stuff that you can expect in Silchar however what I didnt like is their sales staff , the attitude was not customer centric - it was something like you want to take it then take it or else leave it .Questions asked towards the difference between models was not properly answered and for installation I had to again visit the store next day to ensure that they have contacted the respective product vendor whereas its expected after you buy a product , for demo and installation respective shop will coordinate with the vendor. I am not sure about other staff but not happy with the one that I have interacted.

I visited this store twice and every time the feeling was that the stuffs were not interested in selling their products. I wanted to purchase a Godrej Interio almirah. But none of the stuffs showed me the product. Their reply was: the person responsible for this section is not available (the meaning, I guess, is better you dont bother us and leave).But as I was very much in need of that product, I roamed around and checked the products myself and selected one to purchase. But then there was nobody to tell me its price. Again the reply was that the person concerned was not available. Finally, after half an hour somebody very reluctantly told me the price. I paid the amount immediately and brought the almirah home.But then I realized that the product is in very poor shape. All parts are shaky, even the doors and the locker doesnt fit properly and making sound. Inspecting the overall condition, I had serious doubts whether this is a genuine Godrej product or a locally assembled Godrej look-alike product.After making complaint in Godrej customer service, True Retail sent a technician who came simply with a hammer and rather than fixing things, he twisted some portions and made it worse. He said that the item was not fitted properly and hence the shakiness and all.Purchased this product without much inspection because of the brand. Now Im fed up of wasting my time in writing this lengthy post and calling the customer service really... but still doing it because people should know how True Retail does business.Now I am giving complaint directly to the company for replacement/return of the product but dont know if it will be successful.Good bye True Retail, wont visit your store ever again even by mistake.True Retail, keep making more profits...Best wishes...***************************************************************In continuation of my above complaint, I must add that True Retail and Godrej Customer Service both responded positively and the matter is resolved now. True Retail has replaced the product on 15/11/2019 with a new one for which Im thankful. The whole point of the complaint was to bring this matter to the notice of the owners that without their knowledge sometimes some lapses can occur from their store which could harm their reputation.But at the end all is well. I appreciate the professionalism of True Retail with which they have resolved the issue.**************************************************************
