Unfortunate that this is the centre Ford India has chosen as their authorized dealership. The staff are unprofessional and looking for opportunities to rip off customers. I bought some spare parts and they charge me 50% of my purchase as labour charge when they didnt even work on my car. Will avoid like I avoid a plague.
