Very unprofessional staff, they dont know how to communicate or behave with people. Because of good marketing now doctors have started recommending Impulse and accepting their reports. I have visited multiple times and the condition is same.Now a days situation is worst, there is no proper covid protocol they are following. The place is overcrowded and most of the patients are without a mask.

In the land of the blinds the one eyed is the king. Although many rare tests are available here but infrastructure is very poor. It is quite surprising to find that there is no lifts/ramps available for ailing and aged patients to reach the pathology.The front desk operators are mostly confused and call their superiors discussing what when and how to perform the tests and make entry/appointment. Refinement and upgradation is essential for Impulse Diagnostics.

The staffs are well behaved. Specially the sonographer was good.

IMPULSE DIAGNOSTIC is alive , only because of Dr Avishak Das sir (No 1 Radiologist in our barak Vly) & receptionist staff r thre vry rude girls 😠😡

Good Machine with Batter service, the report they provide is accepted by Superspecialty Hospital even Out of Northeast also

Pathetic service in the name of diagnosis , they dont agree any radiological service (ct /mri)without contrast ,even receptionist dont know the tariff of all services .
