It is one of the worst service by PGVCL in shihor.No permanent solution for frequent electricity cut.Staff ppl never receive enquiry call, it says on hold or busy for most the working hours.Nowadays this is huge and recurring problem, and also power gone with prior notice.This is the modern age of degitalisation and ppl suffering from light cut? Hands-off 🙌
