Good clothing brand but pathetic online shopping experience. Ordered online almost 3 weeks before the Eid but never received it. They should have informed if there was any delay but they did not. I called them to get a delivery update but their support number was off. Also sent then plenty of reminder emails but no reply. We had to purchase garments from the market, just 3-4 days before the Eid.Very irresponsible attitude...!!
