Highly Professional,I got good response from the Om Computers and They are too good at repairing and servicing the laptop, desktop and printers. Technician is very helpful , with good quality of products for both sales and services.

The worst service provider in Shivamogga. Team management is very worst, there is no coordination itself.I had given the printer for repair, which was worth 1k, but they charged 2k for the service 😀You have to wait very long, even after they call its ready, but when we visit, they say, its coming, just a minute 😕Similar experiences with everybody.I suggest you pls do not to visit OM Computers for any service, otherwise you have to experience the same and waste of your valuable time.Feedback - If you cant focus on providing good service, you will be losing the customers very rapidly.

I had given my laptop for service, its been a month now they have not updated anything about it. Every time i need to call them and follow up. Very irresponsible.

It took them 4 weeks to sort out minor issues in my laptop. Very dismal response to queries. The only time they recognised me was when I went to take delivery of laptop after repairs. Otherwise we need to remind them everytime from scratch about the issues. It took them four days to tell me what I already knew about the issues plaguing my laptop. They promise to call back, but never call. Even when we call they do not respond properly, nor do they call back. We need to go physically to check the status of laptop. I had to vist 8 times before they partially fixed my laptop. While they are cordial, they are also tardy and slow, and seem to have collective memory loss as they cannot remember their customers even after the guy keeps visiting half a dozen times on a biweekly basis. Pretty sad state of affairs. It was not a good experience.

Behaviour of the guy who is at reception is too bad. I gave them my laptop to upgrade RAM and re install OS. But they formatted whole laptop, I lost about 400gb of data and the funny part is they couldnt even recover 2 gb of data out of 400. If I ask this to guy at reception he really dont care about my concern. I found RAM price also high. It was famous shop in good old days but not now.. Not recommend please find some other shop.

This person is having one computer center for DELL . This group doesn’t about PC and billings. My experience I transferred amount 2 times for 1 system by mistake he charged around 2 thousand for refund ..this is the way he is handling customer..so be careful with them .
