This is one of the main temple of shri shivnathadi dwadash devata parivar of shiroda. Mandaleshwar is the main god of the mandal ie prashana of ancient days. There on every Monday palanquin utsav is performed. and mahaparvani ie zatra is celebrated from pornima of margashirsha for 6 days. This pornima is known as Siddhapornima in Shiroda.

This is a Shiva temple. Peaceful with descent lodging rooms.
