Disappointed by the shopkeeper, im a regular customer. But the madam running the shop is putting pastry palace franchise to low class. She dont know how to treat regular customers. Not satisfying customers need, Blaming customers for their mistakes. Party poppers that she gave didnt pop, and it spoiled our occasion. So we went to inform her about it. But she wasnt ready to accept it and started blaming the customers that we dont know to pop.. 🤣🤣

Very bad service. Pastry palace Cakes taste delicious. But the shop owner from shiroda, doesnt know how to handle customers. And dont buy other birthday products from there, found always defected.

Very bad Service.. Always spoils the Cake when packing, and then dont accept their mistake.. they keep the cake packed before customers arrive if its damaged by them. So do check the cake before buying...
