Jai Sai Ram 🙏On 13 th Feb 18 to 15 th Feb I stayed in Sai Dham Delhi wala hotel . V. Nice , comfortable & best service availed. .I really appreciate the efforts of management & staff . Especially the kitchen holders. Excellent preparation .I wish to visit Shirdi soon to stay in this hotel . I strongly recommend all my relatives from India & abroad to stay only in Sai Dham .Wish to give more fascillities .I missed Puranpoli , which Baba used to have.Pl add this in the Menu & provide lunch too .On the whole I enjoyed my stay at Sai Dham (Delhi)JaiSaiRam !!🙏

Except location everything is fantastic for this hotel. Behaviour of staff is nice. Free shuttle service for Mandir. Amenities of hotel is nice. Next to Water park. Overall very good as value for money..

I am the regular visitor to shirdi, this is the best hotel in shirdi, I stayed in many hotels like yog palace, Sai Smitha,temple view etc. but when compared to this hotel those are nothing.. coz , service guys as well as receptionists were treated me as a family member. they serves with a sweet smile always. another important thing is I paid less amount for this hotel (quarter of temple view cost)and services are too good. I suggest people GO WITH THIS HOTEL LOVE U GUYS ALL.

Room quality good amenities very poor no star connection no complimentary break fast or tea no room cleaning after going out travel s rent a car service waste the driver dnt the places properly plz better not suggest like this hotel no proper road for hotel dnt have any shop s near by even u will not get auto s in day or night staff all r self owners and I gave a laundry for them just one jeans pant and one punjabi suti they kept for 2 day on 3rd day they sorry we did not did the laundry they only washed and give wets cloth like that and they want charges they not fit for hospitality industry the worst experience sai pancham

Hotel was really nice. Hospitality was excellent, all the hotel staffs were well behaved and cooperative. It is almost impossible to get this kind of hotel at this rate. Hotel was nicely cleaned.I really convey my thank to all the hotel staff for making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

It was very good.The room service was satisfactory,they even helped with stuff out of their obligations which was really nice of them.The location is bit inside the city but it doesnt matter as they have pick up and drop service.Room was kept neat and tidy.The stay was pleasurable.The cons were the arrangement of food which was average at best,not all Amenities were provided as said like Refrigerator,alarm clock and few other things and the description misleads one into thinking that internet will be available in the room which was not the case,its only available in the lobby. So it is worth the price if you can get around these cons.

I reached hotel aorund @8AM on 25th Mar and as per the booking I got Room#304 where the AC is not working & bath room door is not closing at all. Then I complained to (Mr Vijay) about this and got a confirmation that my room will be changed after 12PM as the standard checkout time is 11PM. Meanwhile I decided to go to Aurangabad trip and asked him to change the room immediately before leaving. Mr. Vijay told me not to worry and he will change the room once we return back from trip. I returned from Aurangabad and went to Darshan directly and reached back to hotel @10:30PM. During my journey I called Mr Vijay & Mr Akshay nearly 5 times asked them to reserve the room as I cannot stay in the Non-AC room and a bathroom without locking. I have accompanied by my son (4 Yrs) , Wife & Mother (65 Yrs). By the time I returned from my trip, I was shocked that I was not going to get the room changed as rooms are not available. I had a very big argument with Mr. Vijay and he offered me the refund of difference from AC room charges to Non-AC and I refused as it was hot in Shridi (~33C @11PM). And I asked them to provide an AC room, until then I am refused to go to my room and sat at reception for 45min along with my family. After a long waiting of 45min, Mr. Vijay provided room#106 where AC is working. I dont know why havent provided this immediately. Problems in #106: You will get only either hot water/cold water only. I informed the same and got a reply that they are getting the issue first time and not provided any resolution. I managed to switch off geyser for cold water and switch on for hot water. This killed lot of my time. AC was totally switched off during day time and told that it was a power cut and ACs dont run of generator. There are no near by restaurants & difficult to get the autos to go anywhere. My experience with this hotel was totally bad and I dont recommend this any body. I suggest goibibo to evaluate this hotel before making any transactions with Sai Pancham.

Abt 10-15min walk to temple, near to rly stn. There is free drop to temple in hotel van. but takes 100 for stn pickup or drop. Nice clean room, bathroom was OK, but no hot water at 5am. Cute friendly Pug playing around with guests in the verandah. Forgot its name.

I stayed there for 1 night. Hotel staff are really co-operative.Room is spacious and clean. Temple is 2 km away from hotel. However, they provide pick and drop facility.Only problem is road is not good. Else water park is also near at walkable distance.Overall you should try this place.

People are hospitable and rooms are neat. Only if some one is prepared to walk a Kilometer to reach the Shrine, it is a fine place to stay. If restaurant is started there it would be still be better.

The hotel is good however the service is not upto the mark.the room that was provided to us didnt had the landline telephone working which made difficult to place order and we were provided with someones mobile no to place the order. also the washroom was in bad conduction the flush and hand shower wer not in working.the tv was also not working. incase if someone is planning stay at this hotel please carry some eatables as there is no shop near by.hotel is about 1km away frm the temple, max 20mins walking and the area near the hotel is a bit deserted. the hotel is nearby wet n joy waterpark.

This hotel is quite close to the temple.I paid Rs.**** after all discounts for a AC room. It was a steal at this price. Ample parking available.They have free pick up and drop for the temple. The restaurant hasnt started yet as it is a new hotel or maybe new management. Overall definitely would recommend.

It was ok ok just on the mark like list of pros :1.we got for 1k for 3 days so too nice cost :-) . 2.Room was clean (ill explain what was bad in cons section 3.people around there was helping.4. pick and drop facility was available which was good because hotel is far away form temple .cons:-1.Hotel is far from main market around 3 km so u cant go out again and again .2. NO FOOD !!!!! Available in the hotel .they are taking order from us going outside of hotel for taking it in response we are paying extra money with low quality food 3. VERY LOW QUALITY FOOD .4.electricity issue very often means for 1,2 hrs in the morning no electricity as we are sleeping in AC so u will feel al little sweaty .over all ok ok for stay as per price concern but dont relay for food

I am sorry to give a negative feedback but for future travellers an honest review is mandatory. I reached the hotel with my wife and child at about 7:30 pm on 18.5.2016. 1. The man at the Front Desk told me to keep my I.D. card with them and take it back at the time of checking out. Although he didn’t told anything, I understood the problem: Xerox machine was not working. I went out and copied my ID and gave it to them.2. The magnetic door card was not working. It was a simple key. So, you have to switch on and off all the electrical appliances each time you go outside or come back.3. Room TV not worked at all. “Cable problem, Sir”.4. No restaurant in the hotel neither there is any provision to order foods through hotel staff. I had to go outside for eating each time.5. Toilet is not up to the mark. No shampoo, no moisturizer, no tissue papers, no garbage bin in toilet.6. Very noisy at night.The only positive thing I noted was a free car service for Sai Dardhan which we did not availed as we had our rented car. Overall, the hotel does not deserve 3 star ranking at all.

Hotel approach road is very bad in shape, No near by vender on main road recognized this hotel. AC is working properly but TV is not working,when asked the hotel staff,they replied set top box has some problem,they can solved it by using another vacant room set top box. They dont want to help their customer or they cant maintain the room light and TV system properly for their esteemed customers.

Stayed very comfortably. They provided a service that was up to the mark. Location is comfortable to reach. Rooms were good and maintained. Overall it was a good stay with this hotel.Will rate 4.5 on 5.

Hotel was very much in an Isolated place, it took nearly one hour to identify the hotel. Frequent power loss makes the diference, booked an AC room with no use due to frequent power loss, Hot water was not working, When asked for Towels when I checked in, I have been intimated the same would be provided next day morning only, they could not provide even a single additional pillow. Could not contact reception from Hotel as telephone line was not working, I had to move to ground floor from second floor through stairs to check for my requirements, Risk traveling in Lift due to frequent power failure and no power backup

Hotel is located at a decent place with all amenities!! Hotel staff were also good but the problem lies with Generator and service time!! Ac was not on for half the time due to power issues and Food service takes lot of time!! Dropping and pick up to temple is a complementary which is a nice add on to the stay!! But beware of the shop near temple they take to buy the prashad and all its too costly and waste of money!!

This is one of the worst hotel I had to stay in Shirdi. Everything is dirty. Attached is picture of room number 205. Initially he gave me room number 201 and water itself was not coming. See the problems below1. Dirty basin.. see picture2. Broken toilet seat.. see picture3. Dirty Linen.. see picture4. Dirty side table.. see picture5. Smelling blanket6. No hot water7. Bad location in interiorBy booking this hotel *** cheated me. They kinda of charged 2200 per room. Please refrain from this hotel even they gave you for free.

One of the worst experience staying in this hotel. We had booked for 7 hrs only.Place is horrible.1) lots of fake promises 2) lift not working.3) lots of mosquitoes in room, no all out or good night provided.4) no resturant there but while booking they had promised that they have.5) Bathroom very dirty.6) Water not available. If u call at reception they will switch on the machine and water will be off in 15 min.7) I had requested for a bedsheet at 10 pm. The waiter knocked at 1:00 am with the bed sheet. I was upset because of this. On complaning the response was very very bad.8) Television not working.The hotel is really horrible, tourism department should interfere with some guidelines.9) 8:00 am the hotel waiter sleeping at lobby, we had to wake him so that we had to sit.I had to shift immediately to another place because of the above reasons.

Very Poor hotel. Do not book this hotel even if u get for low price because the location of this hotel is very far from center. If we booked this hotel we will be ended up with huge auto charges and you will not get an auto in this place. All the amenities which are showing the site are not working and like AC,TV,Lift,Hot water etc. There is in hotel restaurant but it didnt worked. We dont get even a cup of Tea in this area, We need to spend around 70 to 80 rupees on auto to have a tea from the shirdi center. Getting an auto in this place is a huge challenge. We took a phone number of a auto driver and called him to pick us from hotel each time which ended up with huge auto charges. If u ask for any amenities in this hotel they will simply answer like sir, that is not working,Dont understand y we are paying money for that. ..

Right from u check in till check out every care is taken that guest feels comfortable.the staff at reception lets us check in fast and helps us with all requirements.rooms are big and cleaned thoroughly.location wise the temple is 500 mtrs to hotel so no difficulty reaching temple.Also hotel location is opposite to WATERPARK overall the staff courteous room big and clean and location near to temple

I dont think this is hotel, I believe this is lodge...Service is pathetic..when I called for towel, guy says yes but after 15-20 mins no body turn up when I went down to see I found that guy sitting at reception watching TV when I scolded him he says I forgot...so annoying.I fought with them to change two rooms because all rooms were so dirty u can not sit for an couple of mins...and worst part I booked for deluxe AC room and AC was not functioning with the remote, so I had to call hotel guys everytime to operate.I appreciate Goibibo with whom I registered complaint on the same day to cancel this hotel booking. With goibibo executive help, he put me into conference with hotel manager and general manager discussing about hotel services, finally they agreed to change the room second time becoz cancellation is not possible. I have been shifted to third room which was quite decent. I would like to thank Goibibo who helped me at 10pm night to get the room change and allowed to have peaceful sleep after so much ruckus.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as services are pathetic, and location also very far from temple..at isolated place.Even if you get this cheap price better you book some other hotel.

Went to sirdi in October with family, booking room for refreshing, it was clean, near to water park, so u can walk n enjoy there n come back, far from temple, have to book auto. room are good, clean, enjoyed a lot

Its A Budget Hotel.????So Here Are The Pros & Cons Of The Hotel.Pros : 1) No Power Cuts.2) Lift Facility Is Good.3) 24hrs Hot Water Is Coming.4) Place Is Very Peaceful.Cons :1) Its Too Far From Temple. Actually Distance Between Hotel And Main Road Is Also Far. So U Have To Walk At least 5-10mins To Reach Main Road And Then Youll Get Auto Rickshaw.2) Rooms Are Clean But Toilet & Bathroom were Smelly But Only In My Room Toilet & Bathroom were Smelly In My Other Room Every Thing Was Fine.3) As Place Is Very Peaceful But Its Located Near Slum Area.4) Food Facility Was Not Available Becoz There Restaurant Was under constriction But They Were Providing Food From Outside But The Quality of Food Was Very Bad And Costly Also due To There Service Charge.Anyways Its Budget Hotel So Its Ok.Thanks goIbibo For Giving Heavy Discounts.It Was A Nice Stay.

Above pention review are complety based on my personal experience ! I stayed there for 1nite , with my family an it was one of my wirst experience in any hotel i stayed till date . We booked 3 rooms, Room no 202, 209 and 305 .All the room were not ready for us , Bathroom wrere dirty and so the bedsheets , we had to call serverl time to tll tell them to clean the room !! I dont expect this kind of service from a 3star hotel and the hotel which are regesterd eith goibibo ,i am a frequent treveler and stayed in several hotel . But nvr got such a bad service from any . My only advice to SAI pancham is pls have some respect of the name that u have . And improve ur servcie
