Cakes are extremely good.. cost is also reasonable. Different variants of cakes are available.. Almond cakes are one of the best.The service and delivery is also very convenient.

Delivery boy opened the cake just before delivery to show that it is the cake we ordered..very covid inappropriate behaviour..not expected from a bakery like cake hut.

Previously I had a bad experience and had reported the same. I was glad when their store manager had taken up the issue and got it sorted.Last week we got a butter scotch flavor cake and it was awesome..

So poor with the customer handling. Had to chase the people in the store for placing an order for 2 consecutive days with multiple calls, as I couldnt place the order in the website. Was a regular customer of cake hut as we loved their products a lot. With this one experience I totally lost interest.

Great quality and value for money

Had a very bad experience when i found the chocolate cake ordered for my daughters bday on 15th july was RANSID... CAKE HUT please ensure the QUALITY that your BRAND talks about.. It was too late and we could not get another cake.. Though it looked GOOD, It was not meant to be eaten!! :(
