They can buy justice to do unjust They both have done sin by not given the worth one given to their company, and God punish both of them with very good lesson.( In this case they withhold salary of employees). Why should we associate our name to sinner. Ignor and bycott such call centre and owners. They keep females employees more dont know for what reason.While no other company hiring but they are hiring by fake commitments and later work you like bonded labourers without paying salary. Three to 4 months later they give you half of what you earned. Go work as constructor worker, at least you will get dehari at the end of day. Both dont deserve any respect.

First organization i have seen... after joining.no induction...evryone is in managers leaval.aftar joined this compnay l wasnt got to know who is mother father in departmnet.there were also a trainer in the name of shabnam jishtu..she was trying to express that how smart is she insted of trained.. us now am leaving this orgonazation...it was rubish..

Operations & HR department is not good.. because after joining if you are asking for Offer letter then Hr is providing you hand written offer letter...and also they do not provide any such documents to make it appear that you work in 31Parallel.,i am Very disappointing from this company..I will say the same to you that you do not waste your time on this company(BPO - 31 parallel)

They have not paid their employee salary for last 3 month. I have worked for company till 28 march but i have not received my Feb salary yet .

For time pass its very good. For long term no future, no growth opportunities. I worked here more then 1 year my salary never came on time. They never pay you on time. Salary date is 15 and they will give you after 20 sometimes it can be 25.
