The employees are customer centric but BSNL infrastructure and systems are poor resulting dissatisfaction to BSNL customers. Customer service area is well equipped you have sufficient area to sit and all necessary forms are available over the counter.

Government Office of BSNL for whole district of Shimla and give support support in communication field and provide the connectivity to cities and villages. Network area expanded from City to rural areas and connectivity also improved.

Service is good but lack of employees....Most of the time the Office is 60% empty seats.....eg. there are 9 desks for employees but only 3 employees are present all the time.

This BSNL office is located just above the DC Office on the Mall, Shimla. The infrastructure is fabulous. Friendly and soft spoken staff. They always try their best to resolve all technical and non-technical issues. Premium location. Infact the building itself is a selfie point for tourists. Amazing views around. 😊👍

Main BSNL office for Postpaid, Prepaid, broadband and lease line services on Mall road Shimla. Services are better then earlier experience.

Workplace is good but the problem is you have to take stairs to go up in Bsnl office.Which is situated at 3rd or 4 the floor.If you want eat something then you should go to another building Which is also occupied by BSNL. So in short it has 2 building one is head office another one is division.

Any kind of problem related to bsnl sim prepaid or post paid solve here ..

My BSNL

Probably the worst service provider in India. Being a government institution, this should be a pioneer in its field but the service provided is far from satisfactory. The people working are not qualified to solve the problems. Please refrain from taking a BSNL connection for any service.
