Poor service...v.k enterprises sanjauli.

If they dont want to answer the phonecalls dont know why they have uploaded their number on sight.I had some work regarding tatasky conection so i was their around called them and asked the address but a lady picked up the call and revert you yourself find the office..otherwise call to customer care..if she cant susggest le on that so why she is there.. Very unprofessional.

Laid back! Highly unprofessional people working in the local office( middle bazar, shimla) either they are not given proper training or they are just ruthless. Specially the lady answering the phone there. She fakes her name. She asks customers to call the call center instead. Disconnects the call in middle of the conversation. Getting a new connection is quite difficult as they don’t honor their commitment. If this is the attitude from the very beginning, I’m quite doubtful about their after sale services. This is the reason why people choose other dth providers.for general information, it’s been three days and they are unable to provide a new connection. POOR EXPERIENCE!

Situated in shopping complex of sst nagar,patiala serves the Tata sky customers.there is one small counter inside where other electronic items are also sold.Customer,s problems are not solved on the spot rather you are guided to get your work done online.not satisfied.

It is cozy with dim lights.
