Have called them many times but got no response. My shipment has been in transit from 7th Aug and is still in transit. This is taking so much time. Have mailed them also but got no response of the mail. Useless and very bad courier service.
DTDC have very poor quality service in Shimla HP.they give worst service only in which they are master.
My order came yesterday but I didnt received me because he said he will come tomorrow but he is not picking up

Extremely poor courier service. They wait consignee to collect their parcels and make no efforts to deliver or even call the consignee.
