It was my worst experience buying a laptop there....because....they gave us a faulty laptop with a major software problem....then when we asked to exchange....they start avoiding us and said we have only few options here..and start saying that its not possible to exchange as according to them thing once sold cant be exhanged ....Really....zero value for money....it not only made my experience bad with the shop....but also now my trust with HP is worst.

An outstanding alternative to the Apple Store... I had problem with my Macbook pro. I wouldnt have thought they were the place to go for Macs but after vising the store, I got faster friendlier service by Mr. Rupin and his Team.
