Service center is equipped with proper equipment staff is nice. Served the cellphone well on time. Center is situated in second floor not easy to search for several people over all nice experience

Sincere and hardworking, but not efficient and committed. Mostly the spares are delayed and you end up keeping your handset for 15days-1 month for repair. Good for software patches, resets within warranty. Paid services are too costly. If you have ample time and money, only then visit this store.

Good service center. They will fix your phone in minimum time and have all the accessories you need for your smartphone , they wont charge anything if your MI phone is in warranty. Staff is Good and Co-operative.

When I got problem with my redmi note 4 few months Back, I visited this service centre but it took around 1 hour to find me this place. After Inspecting my phone, They told me that motherboard will be replaced after getting permission from higher authority. So they asked me to come some other day.When I visited 2nd time, they also told me that it might take a whole day so I decided to visite other day.3rd time I went around 11 am. They did all the formalities. And asked me to come after 3-4 hours.At last my phones motherboard was changed and asli told me that mis new service centre had been opened at Solan.I thanked them and left happily without checking my phone. After 3-4 days later, I noticed that my phones supporting thin plastic was broken.Phone opening and fitting may be a small issue otherwise everything is fine. ☺️☺️

My redmi note 3 charging point or jack was not working so they replaced it with in half and hour and gave 3 months warranty with that . So my experience was good due to low traffic in mi care but when traffic or people volume is high it will be challenging for them to solve your problems in same day ..so go as early as possible means 10 am is the opening time with minimum customer and after 11 starts the peak hours
