The appoach is okay. Almost a drive in. The view from some of the flats is too good

Flats are good.But there is problem of parking and main road is also a far away

Wonderfull place in shimla

HIMUDA Colony, Flowerdale, Chhota Shimla consists of 19 Blocks, of CAT-III and CAT IV residential Flats. The residential area is Sunny and provides huge space between Blocks and Flats. It is well planned colony by HIMUDA. Peaceful and cooperative population resides in this Colony.Only grey area about colony is that there is no road connecting to blocks and huge shortage of Vehicle parking, which should have been catered during planning phase by HIMUDA. Even it is very difficult to Turn cars etc. at the end point near Block 3. Concerned authority is requested to look into the parking problem.

Wonderful place

Nicely built, one room and two room flats, nice people living here, the approach is by foot, no motorable road here, you will love the evening beauty around with green deep valley and tall trees, the birds fly below while you stay high on top, cooler than other market places around, the clouds cross your rooms, it is most silent place, the lowest sound level your meter measures.

The view of the valley from the balcony of the HIMUDA flats is just amazing. Love spending time here. 5 stars if they make the road motorable.

There is not good condition of rooms

Near chhota shimla and near hp.govt.sectt by road chhota shimla to flowerdal I think 2 km and by wolk 1o min and lots off shop near by and very peacefully location

Nice location with views of lush green deodar forest. The only drawback is lack of road to the flats.

Has 24 hour water supply.Dont have any problem of electricity.

Himuda flats in Flowerdale are set in peaceful surroundings and Panoramic views

Good location in shimla to purchase a small house in shimla .
