Hey, we went from Kolkata. We were total 6 in no. Our first experience was too good. Once we contacted the lesser Himalayas Pvt Ltd through online , and we were fully satisfied by such kind of tours. Believe me you can rarely get such a nice tour in such a reasonable price. Specially the guidance, behaviour and conversation of ajay sir with us was too good and sober. This helped us a lot. My experience with this package is not want i expected. Firstly, drivers are not good and then they compare my package with other people package. Hotel that they have provided was not worth except Manali hotel. Delhi hotel was worst hotel, shimla hotel was ok ok. In delhi in Delhi and Shimla hotel half of the staffs were not working and when you complain to travel agent this a maam this is what you have paid for and this is what you will get in this much amount only this is not what we expected if they would have told me that the hotel would have been worse after paying so much of money I would have booked my package with someone else who would have given me at least a nice so hotel with a nice driver one of my worst experience with this travel agency and will never referred to any of my family or friends.I wish i had an option to post screenshot and voice recording. After posting team has message me stating they care above review n i have done right and again they said in my budget i will get this hotel only. After spending 30k only for hotel n cab they say this. WORST.
