These guys are the BEST IN BUSINESS!We have planned for a customized trip to Shimla - Spiti Valley - Chitkul with Being Himalayan in Jun19 and it was amazing!The fun part is that I have reached to Rahul Sharma just after seeing his answers on one of the Quora threads.After checking out few options online,I have reached out to Rahul and have been in touch with him for more than a month for planning and knowing the details about Himachal(Leh-Ladakh and Spiti trips).After a series of discussions,the team was extremely patient to come up with a perfect itinerary as requested by us.The trip was planned very well throughout,right from Delhi until we reached back to Delhi again!One minute gesture by the team- the team at BH was also tracking our live location (despite the network issues) and were guiding us with the best and optimal routes until we reached our intended destinations on a daily basis.This minute gesture itself speaks volumes about their customer service.The hotels provided to us(not to forget the amazing hosts at the hotel),the food,the driver(again,one amazing driver - Gurjeet bhaiyya :D) and the vehicle(tempo-12 seater) were of top quality.This was our first trip in the Northern side of India and this is probably the best trips Ive planned , at a best price!Also,at any point we did not felt like we were planning this with an external party -Thanks to the amazing team at BH ,they have been extremely cordial and patient to help us have the trip with what exactly we wanted!One suggestion to everyone who intend plan for a trip with Being Himalayan,shoot as many questions as possible to the BH team to customize and know your routes&destinations in detail,Rahul and team will be more than happy to help you!Thanks again to Being Himalayan team and see you soon,Himachal

Considering the hotels provided and travel, its expensive. Hotels was not that great . we asked for 4 star deluxe but it was not even like 2 star hotels. Service in few of hotels was very bad. Driver was not friendly and not guiding on anything. in few places Experience was nice, but overall it was not a great trip.

I was extremely satisfied with Manali toure.I highly recommend it, Mr Arun will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience. We will have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends. Thank you, thank you!!

We booked Shimla Manali trip from Being Himalayan. Driver was good and Arun was coordinating with us throughout the trip. We booked package with dinner buffet included but my recommendation will be to book package without dinner and even breakfast if possible. Breakfast at hotels were very basic and did not feel like worth the money we paid for. Dinner buffets were without starters and on days occupency was less , buffet was converted to Ala carte and only 3 to 4 items were allowed to order. Non veg charges will be extra. So better to clarify these points well in advance.

Really pathetic and disgusting performance. I seriously feel that the previous reviews given here are paid reviews. Apart from accommodation I.e hotel nothing was up to mark. That too hotel was selected by me and it was not in their previous list. I very clearly at the beginning asked for a good driver and vehicle as I was travelling by a cab which they literally failed to provide. The vehicle provided initially was damaged and changed only after hue and cry and driver provided was like doing “Ehsaan” by driving us to Manali. He literally spoiled my trip as half of the places were visited as compared to what mentioned in the itinerary. He was driving on his own will and we were dependent on his will. If he wanted to take us to some place or not there was no call or decision making power with us. His driving was so dangerous that he was regularly busy in calls and we were like regularly praying for whole journey because we were not left with any option. Being Himalayan lacked the professionalism badly. They only know how to make words and money. Will never ever suggest anyone to opt Being Himalayan. Arun , Rahul and Muskan were the three most unprofessional guy I have ever met in my life. Hats off to them for their unprofessional ism. It was a total waste of money.Reply to Owners comment: (As I am unable to reply to the response so am responding here) - Thanks Being Himalayan for your expected response. And thank you very much for all your lies and character assassination of a customer. I would also like to clarify point to point and mention points which I dont want to mention earlier but you compelled me to do that.Firstly let me clarify I was only yelling at your team and driver and never mentioned or said to kill someone. If you would have been at my position you would have done the same. The so called professional character of your driver was visible with the very fact that he came with a car without prior checking of the car. As you mentioned that it was only improper functioning of trunk lid but i would like to add that you know the half truth the back lights were also damaged. And for the sake of safety of me and my family no one would like to travel such a long distance with a damaged vehicle. Who so ever owns a vehicle follows a simple rule of checking the vehicle condition before starting the drive but your so called professional drive doesnt care for the same. Your so called very humble , hardworking and professional driver was continuously on call while driving which kept our lives in danger. Also whenever we sat in the car we can smell the smoke of cigarettes and weed irrespective of the fact knowing that a 3 year old child was travelling with us. Hats of your professionalism. And hats off to your so called honest and hard working driver. Your professional driver even does not cared to follow the itinerary which was given to me.As far as my yelling at check in time in hotel was mentioned I did not yelled at hotel staff that can also be confirmed from hotel staff.I yelled at your representative because I clearly asked her how and when to pay the balance amount but she said you can pay in any ways you want and whenever you want. If she would have told me to carry cash for the same I would have done the same.Because no one carries that much hefty amount in cash while travelling.Then also understanding your terms and condition with the hotel I went out withdrawn the cash and paid the same at hotel.And giving refund is not the solution to every problem and I just discussed the road condition not complainedIf telling truth and expecting a good service in lieu of the amount paid is called as ego and negativity then yes I am egoistic and negative because I dare to speak truth.At the end I would request you to learn to take the negative feedback and reviews sportingly. Would also request you to think twice before doing the character assassination.Lies and character assassination can be done by me also but I opted not to do that instead I opted to bring to your notice the facts.Which I think no one dares to.

They have customized the tour according to our needs and the experience was above our expectations. Did a himachal trip last week. Rahul and his team took care of the flight and hotel bookings. They gave us a plan exactly up to our liking. They hand held us throughout when the flight was delayed and didnt mind emaling the tickets many times. They were accomodative even in the last minute changes and the travel changes during the tour. Rahul was kind enough to change our accomodation to chandigarh during the trip when requested plus i had requested them for shopping at chandigarh and delhi and he organized the same, and gave me the store list. Most agencies dont encourage such last minute changes. Also when there was a disgusting incident at a hotel in Kalpa for no fault of ours, i called them up and Rahul intervened so as to encourage a smooth check out. Would definitely recommend them for any northern himalayas trips.

Planning a trip with parents to the hill stations is a challenging one. Being Himalayan team has made it very efficient and comfort with their plan and now after our successful journey I feel very happy with the support and co ordination we received from Mr. Rahul Sharma and Mr. Arun . They are very professional and focussed in dealing with the guest and provides all sort of support we need.My advise for them is to avoid dealing with Bajwa Travels after we had a bad experience with the driver name Raman . I found him very unprofessional from day 1 and we made a complaint to Rahul and Arun. They spoke to him personally on day 2 and advised him to be more co operative with Us. On day 3 and day 4 he was guiding us in a different plan as he wants to accompany with his friend . Again Arun from being Himalayan has called him and advise to stick to our plan . On day 4 again he felt disappointed when we ignored him for Rohtang pass journey as he was forcing us to go with him . On day 5 ( last day ), I believe he took a revenge on us by purposely misbehaving with us during our journey to Chandigarh and delayed our travel . When I informed this to Rahul , he immediately took over and asked the transporter to change the driver in 5 minutes and we headed back to Chandigarh safely and more quickly.Overall our journey finished with a memorable one with the help of Mr. Rahul and Mr. Arun.Please please we recommend you to discontinue all your co operation with Bajwa if they still keep Raman with them .

We had a 10 day circuit tour to Spiti Valley via Shimla and return via Manali. Ms.Chandini was the one who helped 5 of us customise our trip. And she was always reachable and approachable regarding even the smallest queries we had.Overall had a wonderful experience with Being Himalayan.They had assigned a experienced driver for our road trip given the treacherous conditions of the road.We had the most wonderful accommodation and food in the respective hotels.This trip to Himachal was a wonderful trip for all of us.Thanks to our driver Mr.Rahul , Ms.Chandini for guiding us offline and Being Himalayan for organising such a memorable trip to Himachal.

I recently had a trip in September last week to Spiti Valley and booked my trip through Being Himalayan. It was really a great experience. Was picked up from New Delhi Airport and traveled Shimla, Sangla,Kalpa,Tabo,Kaza and atlast the much dreaded route of Kaza-manali to Manali through Rohtang and Kunzum Pass. Yes the routes are tough due to the treachrous roads but the views are just awesome. The driver Arun was a great person and throughout the 7 days he helped us out and explained us everything about every place. Special thanks to my contact person Chandini Pandey in Being Himalayan for taking a daily feedback everyday throughout the trip. Also I had a special request for balcony view rooms and to my surprisse all of the rooms had balcony view. She even modified few things during the trip whenever we faced difficulty. I would definitely look forward to contact them again when i plan my next trip to Himanchal.

Had a trip from Delhi to spiti valley. Being Himalayan had provided us good food accommodation and the driver was also a very good person. He had taken care as his own ppl. We were comfortable throughout the trip.And our trip organizer had a track on us everyday and properly guided the whole trip.Thanks to chandini and our driver Rahul

Booked a package for Spiti trip via these guys and let me tell you something, these people never say no for anything. No matter how many problems you face, these guys will provide assistance with each and every doubt you have, will follow-up with you throughout the trip and will try their best in making your experience memorable.There were some problems we faced with the weather during the trip which is in nobody’s control, but Rahul did his best to provide as much assistance as he could. During our 8 Day trip, there wasn’t a day where Rahul wasn’t in touch with us.When we were done with our Spiti circuit, we parted out ways with our driver and vehicle, and decided to explore Manali on our own. Even during those times, Rahul was extremely helpful whenever we called him regarding any queries.They truly know how to provide a service.
