Worst Experience. GO ONLY WHEN YOU CAN WAIT 30+ Mins & love to eat cold & Stale food.Uncultured staff Very Rude.Specially Aman Kumar, His attitude you have to tolerate irrespective of your age & gender.They will make you wait 20-30 mins just to reheat anything.

One of the best bakery, with all yummy dishes and a very hygenic place, but however their rates are very high, yeah they give quality food but still rates are more than their quality. And with this the staff is not much cooperateive, they look like they have not slept for hours, they must increase their staff.

This place is in shogi market, a upmarket bakery in a small market otherwise. Shogi is small town few kms before shimla. Taste of pastry and fast food is good. Didnt taste the sweets but Price is high as compared to Delhi NCR.

Worst restaurant in Shimla . If the rating would have been below 1 star I would have given that . Be it the food and service both are very poor . Food is the worst . I ordered channa bhatura and thali. Channa bhatura was the worst as bhatura was smelling and channa didnt have any taste . Thali was also pathetic especially mix veg in thali. Eat at a rehri rather than eating here.

DO NOT TAKE HOME DELIVERY. Everytime I end up taking home delivery they give COLD food the pizza pao bhaji everything sucked. Preferable to have food there itself. It takes ages for them to deliver when my house is just 500m away.

Very poor service. I placed an order at 6.17 PM and made payment on the counter. they refused to supply the pizza and dinner separately. They delivered the dinner and pizza after 7.45 PM, more than one and half hour. Will never recommend this place to anyone. It used to be goods once upon a time. Now they have expanded so much, they have become v.v.v. bad.

It was my 2nd visit in diamond restaurant Shimla bypass. Before there food use to be good and tasty, but now I dont know wat happened taste is very average. I ordered mix veg and paneer tikka masala. Mix veg had 70% green beans it was not a mix veg at all. Panner tikka butter masala didnt had tikka affect and the gravy was average taste as well . Rest it was ok customer service was quick and good. They really need to improve food taste. Do check out the food picture I am adding.
